The st 2 days of the week went just like the first two.

  I would stop by Emily's room before having breakfast though, and she would do my makeup and hair.

  It was really nice of her to do these for me.

  My hair always came out looking very nice and the makeup was very light, but always brought out my cuteness, according to Emily.

  The only really unusual thing that happened was that I obtained the first two movement skills from css.

  Those are quick run 1 and high jump 1. Each has 4 levels, being 1, 2, 3, and Max, which all effect the range of the skill. Quick run was a dash forward and high jump is self expnatory.

  The way you get the higher level is based on your time in the obstacle course in css and reach a certain point in the story.

  When this happened you unlocked a new quest from the teacher which ended with you getting the new skill.

  There were two other movement skills you could get from the css, aerial doge, the double jump skill, and wall run. They needed you to get to part 2 of the game, which was the second year of school.

  Then there was the glide skill which was an endgame unlock, needing access to the st hunting area, which is unlocked in part 4.

  Then there were a few others that were either temporary or from equipment, like blink or flight.

  With the new game plus menu, I could get these skills permanently, but I wasn’t ready yet.

  ∴

  It was Friday night, after school, and I was with Emily and Rose. We were sitting on a hill on campus after dinner, just talking.

  I had brought my sketchbook so I wasn’t participating in the conversation that much.

  “Hey, Nyx. Do you have any pns for the weekend yet?” I heard Emily say.

  I was drawing part of the school building.

  “Nyx?” Emily said again.

  I had grown quite fascinated by the architecture of the buildings in the capital and had a fun time drawing them.

  And then, out of nowhere, Emily took my sketch book.

  “Hey” I said, reaching for it from my seated position.

  “I’ll give it back ter. Now you are going to participate in the conversation” Emily said.

  I continued to try and grab my sketch book, but since Emily was standing over me, I couldn’t. “Rose, Emily is being mean” I say, trying to garner some sympathy.

  Rose, who was sitting next to me, patted my head. “Nyx, you were the one being mean here. Ms. Emily was asking you a question, and you ignored her.”.

  “Oh” I said, now realizing I was in the wrong. I looked down out of embarrassment while Rose was still patting my head.

  Then, once again out of nowhere, Emily hit me on the head with my sketch book.

  “Will you stop that” she said, only to be confused when she saw I was the one she hit.

  “Ow” I said, fanning injury. “I’m sorry I ignored you, but you didn’t need to hit me” I said to Emily.

  “Oh, crap” she said, sitting down in front of me. “I didn’t mean to hit you”. She then started to pat my head just like Rose was earlier.

  After a while, I spoke up. “What was your question earlier?”.

  “Oh, I was wondering if you had pns for this weekend?” Emily asked.

  “Um, yes” I said. “I am pnning to do some hunting”

  “Really?”

  “Yeah. As students, we can bypass the normal adventure registration, and the school has easy access to really good hunting areas.”

  “And are you going to hunt with anyone?”

  “I didn’t make any pns, but I’m not against having a party” I said. “At least for now”.

  “Well, how about we go together?” Emily said.

  “Oh, um, sure” I said back.

  My main goal right away was better equipment that was kind of easy to access. So nothing too outrageous right away.

  “I’ll be coming as well” Rose said.

  And with that, I got a pop up message.

  *Rose Bloodnight - Level 24 has joined your party*

  Looking at it, the first thing that popped out to me was Roses Level. She should have seen something simir to me, so she knows that both Emily and I know what level she is.

  But before I could ask her anything about it, Emily spoke up.

  “We should probably head back to the dorms now, it's getting pretty te”.

  “It’s not that te” I said.

  “We can take our time, but it's going to get dark soon” Rose brings up.

  Rose was right. The sun was setting and we were not in an area with artificial lights. So the three of us ended up walking back to the dorms.

  ∴

  Right before we got to the dorm buildings, someone called out to me.

  “Excuse me, Nyx” someone said.

  Turing to see who it was, I found someone from my css.

  “Um, Yes?” I say.

  “Can I talk to you for a second?” they asked me.

  “Sure”

  But they say nothing back.

  “What do you want?” I ask.

  “Actually, can we talk in private?” He asked, and gestured to Rose and Emily.

  “Uh, sure” Emily said. “I actually want to ask you some stuff Rose” Then she and Rose walked a little bit away.

  “So, I was wondering if you would be going hunting tomorrow?” he ended up asking me.

  “Um, yes” I told him.

  “Cool. I was wondering if you would want to do your hunting with me and my friends?”

  This was weird. As far as I knew, this guy was in my css. I had no clue who he was outside of that.

  I know if Aric wasn’t dueling with me, he would duel this guy instead. That was it.

  “Um, who are you?” I asked him.

  And that precedes to drag the conversation to a halt.

  “What do you mean?” he asked me.

  “I mean, this is the first conversation we ever had, so…”

  “Oh, well I am…” he stared.

  “What are you doing?” Aric said, walking up to us.

  “Oh, this guy was just asking me something” I told Aric.

  “Pff, never mind” he said, scoffing and walking away.

  ∴

  “How in the hell are you level 24?!” Emily asked Rose.

  “That's a secret” Rose said back.

  “Really, your not going to say”

  “Yes”

  “Hmm, well, how about you let me and Nyx hunt alone tomorrow, since you are such a high level”

  “No, I already leave them alone enough during the week”

  “Really, how much time do you want to spend with Nyx?”

  “Until you showed up, I spent all of their day with them”

  “Hmm, I was guessing at this, but can I ask?”

  “Sure”

  “Are you in love with Nyx?”

  “Of course. Aren’t you”

  “Yes…”

  The two of them just stared at each other for a second.

  “What are your thoughts on Pologamy” Emily asked Rose eventually.

  “I am a servant of the Blut family. If my master is ok with it, then so am I.”

  “So if Nyx is ok with it, you would be ok for them to have multiple partners”

  “Of course”

  “Ok, so I think it would be best if we tried to get along. Nyx seems to like you, at least as a friend, and ruining that retionship would not be in my best interest”

  “Allright, but I do feel inclined to tell you, if you are looking for obstacles, then your biggest problem would be Ms. Lilith”

  “What do you mean by that?”

  “Lilith shares our interest as well. And unlike me, I believe she wouldn’t be interest in being one of many”

  “Well, if that is true, then I will just have to win. That would be in your best interest as well”
