Aros summoned his arch celestial angels, Celestina and Terina.

  Aros: "Tell Hariko Lee that someone called Diaphous is fighting an angel that fell, named Sarel, who built the lower multiverse where demons reign supreme. However, Sarel lost his immortality to create such a domain. His domain is below the Chaos Realm, and if he succeeds in removing his name from the Book of Mortals, everything will become twisted, where he holds all sinners and those at the crossroads of good and evil hostage."

  The angels left Heaven and bowed before Hariko Lee, informing him of the ongoing war with the fallen angel. They expined that Aros’ champion, Diaphous, has been holding off Sarel for 10,000 years with 560,000 hoplites who died during the City-States era.

  Hariko Lee: "How will I find this battlefield?"

  Terina: "My sister and I will lead you to the 11th Earth, which resides in the Milky Way. Many angels call it the border between life and death, yet only spiritual beings can see it. I advise you to bring your best soldiers and one ship for a safe entry. Celestina will bring another ship, chosen by you, as support."

  Hariko Lee chose the Imperial Marines to aid him in this mission.

  Morrigan: "Master, you can’t just do this without a reward."

  Celestina: "How about one fruit from the Garden of Immortality? But be warned, the Book of Mortals won’t see you as a true immortal."

  Hariko Lee accepted the deal and boarded his S2 series fgship, led by Terina, while the S1 series fgship was led by Celestina.

  They arrived on the 11th Earth within 0.70 to 0.80 seconds. The arch celestial angels led them to an area close to the frontlines.

  Everyone aboard the ships began gathering ammo and other supplies for their combat drop. The combat robots, Hariko Lee, and the Imperial Marines entered the drop pods. Three minutes ter…

  Terina: "Take this light orb. Throw it at Sarel, and he will be sealed until Aros decides his fate."

  The light orb entered Hariko Lee’s soul as he entered his drop pod and nded in the same zone as his allies.

  Both allied forces began marching due east. After one day of travelling and one night of resting, they reached a hill. Their visors detected humans and demons engaging in combat before a gate with 14 seals.

  A particle of light left Hariko Lee, and he began following it along with the Imperial Marines and combat robots. The particle turned left, leading them to encounter a patrol of lesser demons. The Imperial Marines began praying:

  Imperial Marines: "Our Father who resides in Heaven, lights our path so we may overcome all spiritual foes."

  After their prayer, the Imperial Marine psma chainswords glowed with a golden light, as did their ammo.

  Morrigan: "Just use the psma chainsword, but don’t activate the chain mode—it will alert the enemy."

  The Imperial Marines nodded, drew their psma chainswords, and sealed 4,000 lesser demons into the lower multiverse.

  The light particle led them to an outpost where demons wielding heavier swords were patrolling a fortress.

  Morrigan: "Look, there are catgirls fighting on the frontlines, but the demons are reforming."

  Hariko signalled the Imperial Marines to head due west, where they started sealing away 50,000 lesser demon soldiers.

  Imperial Marine Lieutenant: "You 16,000 aliens, you’ve never worshipped or prayed in your lives, yet you’re here fighting for what?"

  Catgirl Leader: "We were just enlisted to defend the western front since the Gate of Mortals is due east."

  They left the catgirls, overhearing their prayers to their god:

  Catgirls: "Cattia, Mother of all Catgirls, light our way and banish the evil among us."

  The catgirls’ muskets began to glow, and they fired, killing 1,000 lesser demon soldiers. They repeated this until the remaining 9,000 foes were defeated.

  Imperial Marine Captain: "Why do they wear maid outfits?"

  Imperial Marine Lieutenant: "Ask Diaphous after this war."

  The Marines continued heading due west for two more days, then stopped to resupply on food. The robots recharged in the ships, which caused them to be noticed by Greater Demon Soldiers.

  As the Greater Demon Soldiers closed in, the Marines struggled to fight them with their psma chainswords. It took them 13 days to defeat all 1,300,000 Greater Demon Soldiers.

  Morrigan: "Look at that light—it directs us to a castle, but it’s crawling with demons."

  Hariko Lee: "Let’s draw wheat straws to see if we should fight our way in or kill them with our ships. If faith and ground combat are required, Morrigan, you’ll be the second option with the tall wheat straw, while my option is the shorter straw. Marines, draw your straw."

  60% of the Marines drew the tall wheat, so orbital strikes powered by faith became a common sight. Morrigan and the Marines fired their anti-material cannons until they ran out of ammo two days ter, then switched to their psma chainswords while Morrigan wielded her katana in the battlefield.

  One day ter, ammo was dropped into their centre formation. One half of the troops fought the demons, while the other collected ammo for their weapons.

  As Sarel looked outside, he realised his forces were shrinking each day. Two angels were fighting near his castle, while a beam of psma crossed the battlefield. Sarel began his final march toward the Gate of Mortals to see who would emerge victorious in the long war.

  As he marched, five million lesser demons, lesser demon soldiers, and ten million greater demon soldiers accompanied him. Sarel headed due east, drawn by the ongoing battle before his castle.
