KOW Chapter 21 Uchiha Madara

"Lastly, I would like to request some basic Ninjutsu scrolls of various types from your vilge," Qin Yi shamelessly requested.

  "C-Rank will suffice!"

Behind him, Gandalf remained expressionless, but Qin Lin and Yang Yi's faces turned slightly red. It was one thing to ask for seeds, food, and supplies, but to request these mysterious powers— truly, the Emperor has a unique way of speaking up for such things.

"Uh, that's impossible!" Senju Hashirama directly rejected Qin Yi's shameless request.

After chatting a bit more in the Hokage's office, Hashirama quickly left. The matter of the alliance wasn't trivial. He had to discuss it with Konoha's high-ranking officials.

Qin Yi and the others exited the office and began wandering around Konoha under the guidance of the cat-faced Shinobi.

At this time, Konoha Vilge was still in its early stages, with the sound of "bang bang bang" echoing from all around as construction was underway. Qin Yi and his group strolled leisurely, almost like they were on a sightseeing tour.

The vilgers didn't show much curiosity, simply gncing at them before returning to their tasks. It was clear that Konoha, just having been established, was still in a phase of adjustment.

Even within the vilge, some of the retionships between the people were still being forged. It hadn't yet reached the level of harmony seen in Naruto's ter years.

"Three years of Konoha," Qin Yi's eyes flickered slightly as he realized the time period they were in. The Uchiha Cn and the Senju Cn had led a war against the entire Nation of the Fire's Shinobi families, eventually founding Konoha Vilge.

In the early days of the vilge's creation, Uchiha Madara proposed the name Konoha for the Hidden Vilge, which was accepted. Later, Konoha Shinobi submitted candidates for the Hokage, and Senju Hashirama became the First Hokage.

These details, while familiar to Qin Yi from his knowledge of the past, had only been a general understanding. But now, within Konoha, as he compared the surrounding buildings and banners, he had pieced it all together.

"If history progresses as expected, this year is when Uchiha Madara and Senju Hashirama will first have their falling out!"

"That means the Battle of the Valley of the End is not far away!"

Qin Yi pondered as he walked with the crowd.

Just then, a figure appeared in front of them.

"Guests from the Nation of Qin, Hokage Sama requests your presence."

The person was about twenty years old, with a gentle attitude, curious about Qin Yi and his companions as he observed them.

"Sarutobi," The cat-faced Shinobi spoke up upon seeing the newcomer.

Sarutobi Hiruzen paused for a moment, then, recognizing the identity of the speaker, nodded slightly without saying much.

Qin Yi, however, took a few more gnces at the young man named Sarutobi. If he wasn't mistaken, this was none other than the future Third Hokage.

"Has Hokage Sama made a decision?" Qin Yi asked.

"I'm not sure, guests will find out when they meet," Sarutobi Hiruzen shook his head helplessly.

Qin Yi nodded and, along with Gandalf and the two generals, followed Sarutobi. Soon, they arrived at a courtyard.

Looking inside, Qin Yi saw many familiar faces. At this time, the courtyard had only a few people, but each of them was a key figure within this massive ninja vilge, each one an expert.

There were members of the Uchiha Cn wearing traditional robes with fan marks, Hyūga Cn members with eyes tinged with white, the Senju Cn led by Senju Hashirama and even a red-haired member of the Uzumaki Cn.

"The guests have arrived, please come this way," Hashirama smiled warmly as he spoke.

Qin Yi nodded and quickly walked forward, with Gandalf and the two generals following behind him, standing at his back. At this moment, the atmosphere was a bit strange.

Aside from Senju Hashirama, who had a smile on his face, the others either appeared indifferent or cold, not saying a word. The Uchiha Cn, standing to his left, didn't even spare them a gnce, seeming too zy to look their way.

"Qin, after the discussion just now, Konoha has agreed to form an alliance with the Nation of Qin and can provide a certain amount of seeds, food, weapons, and other supplies."

"However!" At this point, Hashirama appeared a bit awkward.

"However, as you mentioned earlier, those supplies must be repaid in double," Senju Tobirama, standing behind Hashirama, spoke up.

Hashirama spped his forehead, covering his face, seemingly embarrassed. For him, such a demand seemed excessive, but he couldn't help it— despite being the Hokage, he didn't have the power to make all the decisions on his own in Konoha.

"We naturally agree with this arrangement," Qin Yi smiled slightly and responded without hesitation. As long as they were given a chance to recover and stabilize after this tough period, the supplies would eventually be repaid.

"Moreover, as we have heard from you, the Nation of Qin has shown great sincerity in this alliance, so we will follow your words."

"If Konoha faces difficulty, we ask that your nation lend a helping hand. As for your nation's troubles, I believe you can handle them on your own," Tobirama said seriously.

He wasn't like Hashirama and wasn't as gentle, so his words sounded a bit harsh. In fact, the people present were members of the initial Elder Council of Konoha, formed by the various cns.

When Senju Hashirama proposed the alliance, many of them opposed it. They had even looked down on the idea, but when these conditions were proposed, their attitude slightly softened. The 6,000 ordinary soldiers of Qin's Nation were nothing to worry about compared to Konoha, which had over 20,000 Shinobi at this time.

Moreover, they had little confidence in Qin Yi's ability to lead these 6,000 people to establish themselves in such a chaotic world. What could 6,000 ordinary people do? Not to mention the Five Great Nations, even smaller Shinobi factions would be formidable opponents.

These scattered Shinobi would be difficult to handle. The current support seemed more like an act of sending meat to the dogs— there was no return.

"This condition, coming from me, is naturally binding," Qin Yi still wore a smile on his face.

"Now that these two points have been agreed upon by your country, the final condition is the most important," Tobirama nodded, and his expression became more serious.

Seeing the change in his demeanor, Qin Yi's heart sank. Gandalf, who remained calm, was followed by the two generals, who had already clenched their fists. It could be said that this alliance had cost Qin's Nation too many benefits. The repayment of supplies in double wasn't an issue, but the ter condition pced them in a subordinate position.

It was an outright unequal treaty, yet they had no choice but to accept it. They wanted to warn Qin Yi, but couldn't speak up in this situation.

At that moment, a figure from the Uchiha Cn, who had been standing off to the side, suddenly opened his eyes.

  "I am Uchiha Madara!"

The simple statement caused everyone's eyes to instantly fix on him, their attention drawn toward this person.
