5.11 Priestesses of Sephia

Isran blinked down at the three scantily cd women before her.

Their white robes seemed to loop around their very curvy bodies and the ck of underwear was distractingly apparent.

It was confusingly tasteful and considering they were exiting the temple Isran concluded that they were priestesses of Sephia in some capacity.

What she was still confused about however, was why the three women were approaching her and her girlfriends.

“Phaedra hi!” The one in the middle greeted cheerily.

“Mireya?” Elysi whispered a bit confused beside Isran, gncing from Phaedra to the voluptuous priestess.

Mireya and her companions stopped and gazed up at Isran, brief nods to her girlfriends.

Their exposed cleavage were almost as distracting as their very pretty faces.

  “Hi.”

Isran blinked down at the shorter woman, a bit surprised that she was being addressed so directly.

  “Uh.. Hi?”

Mireya smiled almost conspiratorially. “I’m gd to see you in good health.”

“We all are.” One of Mireya’s equally half naked companions added.

  Isran nodded unsteadily.

Mireya huffed lightly—smile still on her face—and took a few steps back.

“Well, I think our goddess herself has blessed us to have us meet on this day.”

Isran nodded unsteadily as Elysi quietly chuckled.

“It’s been a very long time Mireya.”

Mireya moved her entire body to face Elysi and Isran’s eyes widened a bit at how her rge breasts swung with her movement.

  “Still won’t join the temple?”

  Elysi smiled, “I’m still considering.”

Mireya smiled in a way that showed she knew Elysi was just being polite and looked back up at Isran.

“Well we are on an errand run but we are holding a feast in Sephia’s honor this evening… it would be an honor to have all of you join.” Even as she extended the invitation to all of them her eyes remained on Isran, never moving.

Isran gnced away from the woman’s pink eyes and down to Phaedra.

“Will you still be in the temple by then?”

She saw no reason to refuse. And it seemed Phaedra and Elysi were at least acquaintances with Mireya. She also owed her life to Sephia, one free evening meal wouldn’t hurt.

Phaedra blinked a few times up at her and hummed, “I have time to come back and change.”

Mireya smiled softer and took a rge step back. “It’s only an invitation, you are always welcome to the temple of Sephia, anytime.” She said the st word staring so intently into Isran’s eyes with a blush on her cheeks that Isran briefly thought she had something on her face. Though she knew lust when she saw it.

Once the priestesses left them alone they finished their trip to the temple and Isran gave Phaedra a brief kiss goodbye that left the dark woman flustered.

They walked Calliope to her bard friends and then Isran and Elysi were walking home. Elysi not busy that day.

“When do you pn on going back into the dungeon?”

Isran blinked down at Elysi and hummed in thought, avoiding a bull man that almost shoulder checked her.

“I’m not sure, maybe after the dinner with the governor I’ll ask Alden when he pns to go back. We can probably explore further with the extra help…”

  Elysi hummed silently.

Isran sighed. “I also want to talk to Calliope about if she’s comfortable coming along.”

Elysi blinked with an expression that said she hadn’t thought about that, then frowned a bit.

“Would you like to start an official group?”

Isran scratched her head as they stopped before their house door, Elysi unlocking it.

“I haven’t read enough on it though I have thought about it. When we have time I’ll talk to Phaedra and Morgana, see if they have any insight into that.”

Elysi hummed once more and yawned immediately after. Isran couldn’t fight her’s that followed.

“Want to take a nap with me?” Isran asked, picking up Red from the couch as they walked up the stairs.

  “I would love that.”

After quickly undressing they y in bed, Isran spooning an exhausted Elysi, pying with her fluffy hair.

  “I love you.”

Isran hummed. “I love you too.”

Isran closed her eyes and sighed. “I’m still… remembering things… but when I have everything in order I’ll tell you everything.”

Elysi’s grip tightened around Isran’s torso.

They were quite for a few beats before Isran whispered. “Promise me you won’t hate me.”

  ==

Isran watched Alden seemingly frustrated try to string his bow for the umpteenth time.

He grumbled softly as he stretched his taller form. Now seventeen, his voice had began to crack and a small stubble of gold appear on his chin.

Isran watched him colpse to the ground to attempt stringing the bow once more before walking up to him with a chuckle.

The young man huffed and let go of the string. “You just want to brag at this point.”

Isran shook her head softly at her adoptive son. She gently took the bow from him and slowly strung it, her muscles straining and her fingers sore.

When the bow was strung just under a minute after she had began she sighed and handed it to Alden. The boy looked at her in awe but quickly steeled his features when he noticed her smirking at him.

“Show off.” He mumbled softly, toying with the string a few times before sighing and looking back up at her.

  “Thank you.”

Isran rubbed his head gently. “Of course.”

  ==

Isran scratched the her nape gently as Phaedra fidgeted. She was wearing one of her nicer tunics and pants and the boots she bought for her first meeting with the governor.

Her girlfriends were in pretty dresses and Elysi had even gotten a nice perfume for all of them to wear.

  It smelt faintly of strawberries.

It was respectful to dress better to a banquet in a temple. It was usually a private affair so getting an invite was something to be extremely grateful about.

The temple was a walk away but Mireya had apparently coaxed Phaedra into revealing weather or not they were attending and had sent a carriage to pick them up.

Isran helped her girlfriends in first before joining them, giving a soft greeting to the driver.

It was a cool peaceful night and as they slowly made their way to the temple Isran closed her eyes and smiled softly when she felt heads lean against her.

The temple was almost as busy at it was in the day. Isran had still not gotten a clock spell so she didn’t know the time but Elysi estimated around 7 pm.

Mireya was waiting for them on the lower steps of the rge white marble building and bounced up to them when they finished dismounting their ride.

Isran made sure to avoid looking at her bouncy breast as she approached them. She was in her skimpy robes, though Isran could swear there was even more skin.

“I’m so gd you came, please follow me.”

Isran gnced down at her girlfriends before following the woman into the temple.

The temple in Kestin was a very rge space broken up into sections.

Phaedra worked in the general and library sections, all priests of any god worked there. That was the part of the temple they walked through before they were greeted by a rge compound.

A fountain with a tempered steel statue of Vycor and Sephia in an embrace, their lips locked stood above it and around the two gods the main pantheon looked up at them.

Isran hummed thoughtfully at the dispy as they followed Mireya through the rest of the temple.

Several hallways and busy rooms ter she could hear mild chatter and giggling.

Mireya turned to face them just as they entered the smaller compound filled with priests.

“Welcome to our monthly culmination feast. This will be the st one we have outside before the snow comes.”

  “Elysi!”

Isran turned to see an an orc with bright brown hair approaching them, she had a small beard and her gray skin was almost as dark as an elf’s.

Elysi smiled brightly at the orc and the two embraced.

Isran tilted her head wondering who the woman was.

She was dressed not like Mireya, her robes more conservative but still showing skin.

A high neck crop top and baggy white pants showed of her chiseled abs. She was almost as tall as than Isran.

“Hi.” Calliope greeted the orc as she pulled away from Elysi. She smiled down at the mouse woman.

“Hi, it’s nice to meet you.” Her gaze moved up and over Isran and Phaedra before turning back to Elysi. “Your friends? Are you finally joining the temple?”

Isran blinked and realized that look in the orc’s eye was not just friendly joy.

“Girlfriend.” She couldn’t help herself from saying to the orc.

The orc blinked and looked Isran up and down in that fake polite way rich people would do back on earth. Isran could feel her hackles rising.

“Ah.” The orc’s smile did not reach her eyes.

“I’m Oldin, Elysi and I met several years ago.”

Isran noted that Oldin did not offer her hand, though she couldn’t be too sure if that was not something people in Neos were familiar with doing. She hadn’t shaken many hands in her time in Neos.

The fake smile was enough to tell her what the priestess was trying to insinuate.

“It’s nice to meet one of Elysi’s friends.”

Isran did not imagine the twitch in the orc’s eye at her emphasis on the word.

“Why don’t we go sit down.” Mireya smiled, a mischievous tone to her voice.

They were led to a small table, with enough seats for all of them and then some, Calliope decided Isran was a good seat for the evening, and the taller woman was not going to compin.

Phaedra sat on her right and Elysi on her left.

They were alone for all of four seconds before Oldin took a seat, directly opposite Isran. Her fake smile still on and a rge bowl of soup pced in the center of the table, it smelled good.

“So, how did you meat Elysi?”

“The dungeon.” Isran answered clipped. “You?”

Oldin’s smile seemed more a smirk before she answered. Isran felt Elysi squeeze her hand gently.

  “First customer I would say.”

Isran expected it, but it still bothered her. Not necessarily that she was speaking to a previous client of her girlfriend, more so the smug look Oldin was doing a good job of hiding.

  “Right.” Was all Isran answered.

Mireya and a few other priestesses came to the table with sweet smelling bread and a pte of shredded red meat, as well as bowls.

Music pyed and Isran stared Oldin down as her food was served to her.

“You know, I heard you were under the temple care… hope you recovered fully.”

Isran could feel the insult but couldn’t point it out from the priestesses words.

She lifted her head slightly and smirked. “Bigger and better than ever.”

Oldin’s eye twitch told her she had struck a nerve.

An older priestess in more modest robes—barring the fact her breasts were more or less showing through the see through portion of the dress pced a hand on Oldin’s shoulder and squeezed in that way mother’s did when they wanted to drag their children away but not make a scene.

“Isran, what a pleasure to meet you, I heard you were quite the sight at the games.”

Isran smiled less venomously at the woman. “Thank you.” It seemed her name truly had gone far.

The woman nodded at her. “I’ll be back in a second.” And after that she was dragging Oldin away.
