Yo, what in the actual main character was that?
I'm simply fbbergasted.
For context, yes, I've been watching the fight. But it went to a completely different route.
In the game, the main character had to fight Lloyd Eidis as one of the mini bosses that will show up in this event. Which what had happened here.
He will have Reinhardt in his group and both of them will tag team Lloyd.
But since in this timeline, Reinhardt isn't in the main character's team, I was wondering how would this fight would've turned out.
And oh boy, all Cude needed was one mistake.
Actually, I remember the fight being way harder in the game as it is here, but considering Cude's technique, it all made sense.
"He he he he..." Besides me, my mob friend is overloading from excitement. Yes, she was also watching the fight.
It must've been too much for her, I pray for her recovery.
Hmm? What about the deviant? Well, since I can't really do anything about her at the moment, I decided to ignore them for now.
And if push comes to shove, I will resort to revealing myself just to make Reinhardt help Cude in defeating the final boss.
Of course, I will do it the mob way.
"A group is currently going up the tree," our new recruit reported behind my back.
Oh, I forgot about you.
"What's their weapons?" My mob friend asked, recovering instantly from her excitement overload. She still has some blood from her nose.
I think she's a bit pissed though. Maybe because they're interrupting her fight watching?
"A swordman, priest, and a bow woman," he replied before closing his eyes, focusing on his ability.
Well then let's get ready.
Looking around my vicinity, I concluded that there's no way someone from the main cast would see this fight.
500 meters above, too many branches and leaves covering us, and the fact that they all have a fight to be busy with.
This means I could go all out without garnering attention.
After that thought, I deliberately fell down, as my mob friend follows through.
"They're around 300 meters below you, target the priest first," a faint echo resided my ears.
Yes, that's our new recruit. He will be in charge of instructions in this pn.
I nodded subtly.
3 seconds in while free falling, I saw the team he was talking about.
They're having a formation where the bow woman is at the very front of them climbing the tree, the priest at the middle, and the swordsman at the back.
With that information in mind, I locked in.
How to be cool 101, have a fshy entrance that will leave a long sting impact on the battlefield.
Seemingly out of nowhere, I went past the bow woman and sshed the priest vertically, ultimately destroying my momentum in the meantime.
From the scene, both of them froze in pce.
Hmm, 8/10, could've done better. I didn't see their mouth agape after all.
The first to recover was the swordsman.
He rushed towards me, jumping from branch to branch just to reach my height.
But then, my mob friend showed up from above and unches herself at the swordsman.
Although he managed to defend the initial attack, the force that my mob friend applied was so strong that it broke the branch that the swordsman was standing on.
They then both fell towards the ground.
Sheesh, 9/10. Entrance is smooth, there was some after effects, and even though it didn't make any reactions from them, the fact that the entrance will leave a long sting effect on their battle is simply magnificent.
"SWORDSMAN!" The bow woman shouted in surprise.
Oh, there was some deyed reaction. That's an 11/10 in my book. That was simply amazing.
Also, his name was swordsman? Bruh, original I guess.
Anyways, the bow woman recovered at st and fired an arrow towards me.
I just deflected whilst looking at where the swordsman was supposedly at whilst not batting an eye towards her. That must've looked cool.
She seems to have the look of despair, since now she's running away from me.
Yeah, the basics of the bow is that no one should be close to you in a fight.
She fired another arrow towards me but again, I deflected it.
That's not all.
I unched The deflected arrow towards her with my sword, striking her knee in the meantime, making her unable to move.
With that, I walked towards her. Slowly of course, to instill some fear.
She desperately tried to run away but I simply thrusts my sword towards her back, ending her.
I think I looked like a vilin for a moment there.
What? Too cruel? Well, there's a device in their school uniform that transports their body towards the teachers. The injuries would also heal, as if they never took it on the first pce.
The logic? I don't know, I didn't made those things.

+70 points.

Wait what?

Our strategy was simple.
Kill some monsters, hide from people, and then repeat.
It was only like that but why?..
How did it turned out like this?
The arena is cramped, too much cramped.
People who sees each other would immediately began to attack each other.
Of course, most of them opted for peace, but some muscle brained people are causing so much chaos that they couldn't even contain it.
It doesn't even make sense.
At first, we thought that the head teacher rewarded 40% because they encourage us to fight monsters first, then fight groups.
It was the most logical conclusion I had in mind, so why would groups fight each other on the first day? They wouldn't gain anything at all.
But I never have considered that the teachers would make an error.
Somehow, the original bounty for groups remained the same, whilst having a 40% boost, it will be a total bloodbath.
For a mere 70 points, they resorted to killing everyone they see, not even minding their own needs.
It somehow disgust me.
So, our st resort was to hide from all the chaos first and then hunt monsters in the second day.
We opted for the giant tree in the middle of the battlefield.
While yes, it is the worse spot to be in, but we had no other choice. We were surrounded by maniacs and this tree was the closest safe spot we could see.
"This is getting crazy," I muttered.
"Yeah, tell me about it," our priest replied back.
We climb the tree, jumping from branch to branch hoping to find a good resting spot.
I also made sure to watch our backs, since I'm the strongest physically.
"I think we should go for the boss ter," our bow woman said in a joking tone.
"Oh come on, we can't even beat -3 stars monsters and now you're suggesting that?" Our priest replied back, a little confused.
"It's fine guys, it's going to be easy!" She excimed, following a ughter.
I lightly chuckled in response whilst the priest scratched his head, clearly not getting the joke.
Maybe, with this, we could survive the first and second day.
Oh how naive I am.
When all of us were having fun and chatting, someone completely unexpected descendent from the sky.
No, I don't even know the guy.
He came down, rushing towards the priest, and cutting him in to two. All in a span of a second.
Just the mere sight of it made bow woman and I speechless.
Maybe it's because I have more experience, but I managed to calm my nerves down faster than my group mate.
And so, I tried to attack the perpetrator, swinging as hard and as fast as I could.
But when I thought I got him, another one pops up from above.
Thankfully, I managed to notice her just in time so I could block, but the attack was so heavy that the ground beneath me gave up.
In short, we fell off the huge tree.
Still, she's not giving up.
She's still pushing her initiative.
We got brought in to the bottom, making a huge smoke screen in the meantime.
As it clears, I saw her, standing perfectly fine. Not even minding our fall from earlier.
My case however is the opposite. A broken rib, almost unusable legs, and a broken left arm.
Yes, it's over. Our bow woman wouldn't survive either since that "monster" is still there.
"I'll take this woman down with me," I muttered, gathering my st bits of confidence.
She looked at me for a second, filled with boredom. Like We were just a random obstacle in her vision.
"....uit twi.. th. .ana," she murmured, barely audible.
But after what she said that, everything went weird.
All mana in the vicinity got twisted in some very unnatural ways.
My body followed through.
My limbs got spaghettified, my vision went weird, my hearing went pang, and my touch got numb.
That's when I realised, I already died.
