Inside the Sacred Rock Sect.
“Elder Red Mountain, I will report today's progress.”
Each branch of the sect possesses ten thousand rocky pillars brought from different parts of the Divine Plane. Depending on the branch, so will be the grandeur of these. What is Agares City compared to Heaven’s Fortress City? Nothing, merely one of its many cities.
Yet its pillars display unparalleled splendor.
An elderly man with many wrinkles on his face sighs. “Hah... Yesterday, today, nor tomorrow will there be any change in the situation. Sect Master, how long must we continue this fruitless search?”
In the Agares City branch, atop one of the largest pillars stands a palace. Within this palace lies the sect master’s hall, accessible only by him, no one is allowed even a glimpse through the door cracks. All the most important entities are within this palace, but in a particular room, a group of disciples feel their work lacks meaning.
The elderly man regains his composure and nods. The disciple quickly reports the progress.
“No traces of the portal have been found.”
Since the departure of the sect master, he left behind a mission for the elders. To search for the portal stolen by the Lunar Cascade Sect. Years have passed since the mission was entrusted to him, an elder who spends much of the day resting, his glorious years having faded without a trace.
“You may leave, you’ve done your job.”
The disciple departs courteously and exits the residence, but during his departure, he notices a junior running hurriedly towards him.
“What’s happening?”
His calm demeanor immediately changes upon hearing his junior’s words.
“Elder Red Mountain!”
The disciple loses all courtesy and re-enters the residence. “The portal has reestablished its signal! Its current location is Dragonfall Mountain!”
The elder slowly rises from his seat and walks towards the disciple. Calmly, he issues the necessary orders, asking the disciple to bring along all the elders, but not those who are the pillars of the sect.
“This will solidify their position. If those disciples truly wish to be recognized as elders, they will heed this call.”
The orders of Elder Red Mountain are carried out meticulously. Various disciples enter the portal and travel to all branches of the sect in search of elders willing to accept this mission.
Later on, the elders who responded to the summons enter through the portal towards Dragonfall Mountain. Even if it were a trap, they bring with them methods to evade the enemy and facilitate the advance of their allies.
But then… a disaster occurs.
“Eh? Aaaagh!”
“W- What is happening?!”
“The elder... The elder lost half of his body!”
The one who entered through the portal felt something strange happening. His gaze distorts as he feels something important being taken from him, until the worst case occurs. The teleportation fails, half of his body is transported correctly while the rest remains in this place, lifeless.
“He’s dead.”
Disciples and elders shudder at the outcome.
“Elder Red Mountain, we have lost the portal signal. H- How could they cancel the teleportation in just an instant?”
In silence, the elder observes the situation and sighs.
‘The Lunar Cascade Sect is playing with fire and has no intention of quelling the blaze. Do they really want to declare war on us? Even with all that it entails?’
If they do not receive a satisfactory answer, he himself will have to act.

Between Agares City and Ice Petal City, there lies a division created by mountains filled with high-level demonic beasts, no one is willing to eradicate them. Even danger can become a sharpening stone for hunters and a defensive barrier against enemies.

This is Dragonfall Mountain.
“Today our sects will start a conflict that will last for decades! Only one of us will stand, and it will be us!”
As soon as he is transported, the elder quickly moves away from the place and throws the bait. A threat that has a clear meaning and that no one is willing to deal with the consequences, even he himself fears it might happen!
After establishing a suitable distance, he turns to face the enemy and is surprised at the strange situation.
“What the hell…”
There are only four hunters and one of them holds the portal in his hands.
“Lawrence, the portal!”
“Damn it!”
A new distortion occurs within the portal, Lawrence quickly creates a Dimensional Rift and sends it towards the Inferior Plane, but an unexpected event occurs. A man is successfully transported, but the next one, only half of his body makes it.
“Do you have a teleportation ability? I’ve never heard of an innate ability capable of transporting a portal, it's impressive, but still your intention is futile. As much as you've moved it from this place, you've only delayed the inevitable fate.”
The first man to arrive observes them no differently than looking at an ant, for a moment there's a gleam in his eyes as he sees how Lawrence successfully moves the portal away, but this is only for an instant. He didn’t even have this impression when one of his companions falls dead with half of his body transferred.
“Elder Ash, what is all this? Where is the Lunar Cascade Sect?”
The second man to arrive is the youngest of both, with reddish hair and green eyes. Despite his cordial attitude, he should not be underestimated, because he too is an elder of the Sacred Rock Sect.
“I too wish to know that answer, Elder Cloud. I believe those small hunters must know something, something that can explain why the portal we thought would be in the hands of the Lunar Cascade Sect, is in the hands of third parties. With their skill, it’s impossible for them to have stolen it, who is behind you? What grudge do you hold against our sect?”
Both elders look towards the group of Lawrence and immediately release from their bodies a dense pressure, the mana manifests generating extraordinary phenomena, which hunters of level 600 and below could not even resist.
“Level 700?”
Serene Will is surprised. How is it possible that a hunter of level 700 can exert such pressure on her? She has compressed her level so much that it would be correct to think that they are no longer a threat, even that elder from the Sacred Summit Sect was not this strong!
“Why do you look so surprised? Did you think you had a chance?”
The cordiality disappears from Elder Cloud’s face and he smiles with contempt. “If you ever met a level 700 hunter, then he must have been holding back.”
The next second his body emanates a new pressure, but this time an illusion appears in the surrounding environment.
“Because level 700 is the crucial point of a hunter, where the first manifestation of the Way must be demonstrated!”
A silver palace manifests, four divisions make up the entirety of the palace and in the center of it is he, the king, the owner of this palace. Elder Cloud.
“Do not resist. All opposition is futile.”
Elder Ash, with a calm look, manifests his Way. A moon appears behind him, a moon that rivals the sun and floods the day with darkness, everything around him momentarily returns to night.
“A sustained manifestation of his Way…”
“Serene Will, open your eyes!”
Lawrence clenches his teeth as he sees the two elders approach them without a hint of fear on their faces, showing they have full control of the situation. Serene Will’s ability allows her to acquire valuable information, so much so that she could only come back to her senses when he called her.
“Coldness Divine, answer me. Is this the first time we face them?”
She immediately understands the meaning of Lawrence’s words and nods. “Yes, I have not regressed, I know nothing about them. Had I done so, I would not allow this to happen.”
“No, it's fine. Do it.”
Lawrence knows this decision involves many risks, that their lives are at stake, but he cannot accept that the method directly delivered by a dragon be nullified merely by the comprehension of a Way.
“Fight against them, discover what the difference between them and you is! Why the level is no longer enough to be their rival!”
Is a mere level 700 proving to be such a threat? Even when his women technically have the strength of one? Lawrence cannot understand how a
“If that's your decision, then step back. You are weak, you always will be.”
Coldness Divine hits him gently, but whose impact lands on Lawrence's body sending him flying hundreds of meters behind them, he can only see their backs.
Then she addresses the others while expanding her fan. “Obtain everything possible from them and as soon as you do, hand it over to me. You will lose this opportunity if I die before you.”
Immediately Serene Will and Coldness Divine temporarily manifest their Way. They have not met the conditions, doing this is no different from walking on uncertainty, that which now gives them the strength to live, might be that which takes it away. Just one mistake will bring severe consequences.
At the level 600, it is impossible for a hunter to achieve such understanding of their path, both elders are surprised at this development of events, but quickly smile and regain their confidence.
“I admire your resolution in the face of imminent death, but how long can you keep this up? How long can you sustain your way?”
Elder Ash sighs, in any other circumstance he would have stopped this futile fight and tried to recruit these prodigious huntresses, even upon failure he would leave a mark on them to think about seeking him out someday.
Unfortunately, this incident does not allow it, he must acquire information about what happened that day. If not, the Sacred Rock Sect may make a mistake and blame the innocent, no one desires a war between two sects of the same kingdom, but the circumstances prevent silence! If they do not get a favorable response, this enmity cannot be dissolved by any means!
In the eyes of the elders, only those two women fit, Sky Petal is completely ignored. She poses no threat.
“Sky Petal?”
Lawrence found this situation strange. She is the only one who has not had to start over, who has maintained her Way from the beginning, but after seeing that his two wives manifest their Way and she does not, he has begun to doubt her actions.
‘What is she thinking?’
