Ouroboros(Legendary)- Ouroboros, the self consuming snake/dragon. Believed to represent destruction and rebirth, creation after destruction, it is the creature that most resonates with Twin aspect of Creation and Destruction. While nowhere near its peak potential, it has incredible capabilities since birth. The creature draws in mana from its surroundings and crystalizes it into solid form, producing mana crystals on a regular basis. It can also control its size at will, changing from its actual size that could reach kilometers, to that of a small, infantile snake the size it hatches from eggs. Thanks to its aspects, its near indestructible and has insanely high regeneration capabilities. Bonded to Jack Raja(?).
Well, shit. That had happened Jack supposed, though thankfully, as his bonded creature, Jack could use his skills on it through their bond, allowing his status disguise to come in handy once again. A chimeric snake(epic) would be what others saw, not the jaw dropping truth. Still, he saw no reason to lie to the kids, even if they could not actually read the description of it. There was no need to reveal his twin aspect class to them just yet though- too much questions that could not be answered. They knew his class was bonkers as is, and also understood that said knowledge would not help them in any way, shape or form. There were plenty of ways to extract the info from their minds if the correct people got their hands on them for a short period of time and none wanted to have the knowledge of such burden hanging over their heads.
"O-kay." Jack hummed as everyone still had their gaze on the similarly white snake slowly struggling to break through the shell, slowly slithering out of its snow white and apparently very hard cradle. It wiggled cutely as its form slowly left the eggshell, as though on instinct slithering towards Jacks hand, slowly wrapping around it in a sort of affectionate way. Jack could feel their bond clearly now, though it was much more one sided than some would believe. Next to no real binding on his part, while creating a very strong attachment and obedience on the small creatures side. Not that he had any reason to treat his magnificent snake/dragon- depending on which myths one chose to believe- poorly, as the innate ability alone was quite the boon for someone of his particular class. That and once grown the snake itself would become an insane asset for his guild, serving as either unreasonably strong protector of their home, or as a hidden guardian that Jack could task with watching over the kids. The potential of ouroboros was quite honestly insane, so much so that the little fellow wrapped around his hand was already quite formidable. If his full on appraisal was correct- which it was- the fresh hatchling could take on and easily kill a goblin or two, or ten. Probably even orcs up to level twenty would fail to be much of a threat to it, though at the same time it would struggle to finish them off in a timely manner. Ouroboros, for all its power and potential, was no poisonous snake/dragon, depending on its body and actually powerful jaw- one that did not disconnect from its socket like it did for most, if not all snakes- to kill, tear apart and devour its prey.
"So, I assume you cannot appraise my little beaty, correct Emi?" he asked, his gaze locked on the girl in question.
"Mhm. Say's target is too high level or rarity to do so." Emi responded.
"So, how much do you want to know about her?" Jack then spoke, adding a few notes as he did "Mind you, there are what everyone appraising her will see and what she actually is. One of my unique skills allows me to modify what appraisal of others would reveal, going so far as to create false descriptions and the like. So, with that I want to know, would you like to see what she actually is, or not for the time being?"
"Figured as much." Izumi hummed and expressed her own thoughts, soon enough mirrored by the rest of the group. "I don't doubt for a moment that we all would like the real thing, but at the same I believe we should wait on that. If the description was correct about the egg, its unique status, likely the species of it is a telltale sign of Jack's actual class- something he has kept concealed so far for obvious reasons. We are just too weak for the time being to say with confidence that such information could not be dragged out of us, one way or another. All that matters is that she is precious and very much cute." she then slowly stretched out her hand towards the coiled creature that wearily watched the object slowly closing in.
Jack used his link with the small reptilian creature to assure that everyone present here were okay, resulting in Izumi's hand reaching the small being, gently sliding across her back with a single finger.
"Much softer and warmer than I would have though. And so, so beautiful." Izumi murmured, her eyes locked on the chimeric creature.
"Don't let her looks fool you, she packs quite the punch for her size. Even now, just after hatching she could easily kill a goblin. Multiple ones if need be." Jack explained, going into detail about what description would be visible when appraised.
"Of course, she is much more than that in reality, but we will get there in time. Now I am at a loss for words as to what should I gift for you all in return." Jack mused loudly as he picked a piece of meat he had in his spatial storage and quickly sliced it in smaller chunks to offer to the newly hatched guardian. With a simple nudge of his mind, the thought was transferred, earning an eager response from the being, as she raised her head and chomped down in the piece offered with barely any bites, swallowing it in moments and gazing at his hand expectantly for the next one. Jack did not skimp on her first meal either, offering her as many chunks as she desired, only stopping a fair time later, at which point it slithered up Jack's sleeve and nuzzled in there for a nap, earning a chuckle from both Jack and everyone else present.
"Just keep looking after us in return." With a smile on her face Kaede spoke, replying to his earlier ponder, the sentiment echoed among the rest of the team.
"Well," Jack helplessly shrugged "If that what you wish for, who am I to refuse. Not that I was planning on anything else mind you." then with a grin he added "I am still getting you all something new, not that I would have done otherwise either. Matter is rolling in with each of your expeditions and you will need it. I see you starting to cross the level twenty thresholds already and that calls for a whole new set of gear. That and you are still not decked out fully either. And I have also found a reason why your weapons- at least for the sword wielders at this point in time- should be seen as the epic quality stuff that they are. If anyone asks, you are free to say that I made them once they reach your hands and that similar quality weapons will be available for purchase from Ramia, or his affiliated shops- details are still to be determined."
"Care to share the reason for the change?" Carla, who had been close by yet not included in the whole hugs part as she was no kid- at least as far as Jack perceived- asked, a bit curious about the reasoning behind it.
"Turns out there is extra benefit for me if a dungeon gets cleared while my creations are used in the process. At least weapons as far as I have realized. No idea about the rest though, thus the new direction. The discovery of the fact is also a reason I have to thank you. I would have learned of it much, much later had you not cleared the dungeon as you did- that too with the proper caution that is necessary with such dangerous tasks- what with the lack of serious injuries or worse. Good job kids, Carla." he explained and once again congratulated the kids while giving a nod of approval to Carla. She had managed to somehow dodge being lumped in with the rest of the kids, much like Alonso and his buddies had, though the group of middle aged men could hardly get such a moniker bestowed upon them. Viki was lumped in with the kids though, what with her being mostly a child at this point in time.

"So we are going to serve as the vanguard of the guild and the posterboys for your superior creations?" Kenji asked with a grin.
"Sounds about right, yes." Jack nodded as he confirmed.
"Does that mean you can make the new stuff more visually appealing then? Like armour with dark accents and cool looking pauldrons and stuff? Add a dragon scales and whatnot maybee?" Kenji asked again quickly afterwards, eyes gleaming with a childlike wonder and excitement.
"I could do that, though you will have to keep the armour pieces in question back until you manage to encounter another dungeon. As of now, only sword type weapons I make will be revealed in all of their glory." he explained, thinking to himself -All but the experience boost that is.
"Too large a variety and unnecessary questions will be asked. Ones that we are not quite ready to deal with. I have a bit of a leeway as a Virtuoso, thus the sword type weapons to begin with."
"Cool." Kenji replied with a grin on his face, already no doubt thinking of the design he would like to go with for his next armour. Realizing what thoughts no doubt were already swarming the young man's head, Jack just sighed and rubbed his his face, massaging his temples slightly, realizing the shitstorm he was about to invite for himself.
"And there you have it. So Kenji does not get to be the only one to go full on ham, I will explain what this means to others- not so inclined to geek out- as well. If you have some preferences for how the next armour set I will make for you should look, do come to me and tell. Better yet, write down what it is you want. Easier that way to keep all that info around and for reference when I work my magic."
"Really? What we want? Like anything?" Fumiko asked with a grin.
"Plan with the type of your current body armour in mind. That is what you are used to and provides the best amount of protection without hindering your combat style. The rest I can probably make work somehow." He explained, adding just a moment later "Within reason of course."
"Okay. We do have an extremely important question that still needs an answer though." Izumi spoke at this point.
"What's that? Do tell." Jack looked her way, waiting for the girl to speak.
"Is it not obvious? What's the girls name going to be? You said she's a girl."
"Oh. Right. Yes, correct you are." Jack replied, his gaze returning towards his ouroboros. "Hmm, whatever should I call you?" he hummed as if in deep thoughts. A small smile crept up his face a moment later, a sneaky game of sorts forming in his mind. "Hmm, I think I will call her Ori. A nice name, is it not?"
"Not bad. Not bad at all." Carla chimed in from the side. Jack thought Oro might have been a bit closer to the ouroboros, but he also knew that Oro was a god in polynesian mythology,, or something similar. He had read about it once, and besides the fact that Oro was a male deity he remembered little else. Ori, was an abbreviation of Oriana and was close enough to the type that his serpent familiar was, creating a sort of connection between the name and her being as a whole. The fact the name could mess with those observing and making deductions from it was just an added icing on the cake.
"Yes. Ori. That's what I will call her." With the name chosen, it almost metaphysically settled on the small snake/dragon, causing her to glance up from the small pile of meat pieces Jack had placed next to her that she was in the process of calmly devouring. "Sensed the name, did you girl?" Jack turned his gaze towards the familiar, a small smile on his face. "Don't let it distract you from your meal Ori." he said, causing her to whip her tongue from her mouth, as though tasting the air around her while processing the information, and then, as though having understood it all- for she indeed did if for no other reason than the words spoken coming from Jack and thus transferring the meaning through their bond- she returned to devouring the meat laid out before her.
"She seems to like it enough." Kaede hummed from the side, eyes sparkling with joy at the cute visage of the small and snow white snake. Those red eyes of hers made the creature look even more beautiful, much like albino creatures usually are, but for whatever reason, everyone present, excluding Jack for he knew that the it indeed was the natural colouring of newly born ouroboros', felt that this was the natural colour of the species.
"We will leave you to your own devices then." Chimed in Carla, slowly ushering the kids away. The gift was delivered, feelings expressed and received, as well as returned with warmth and acceptance. All in all- everything had gone good. Better than expected, though at this point Carla was starting to question her own initial caution she had felt towards the man in front of her. Back when she first met him- mere weeks ago- he had felt like some enigmatic entity that she could not even begin to hope to understand. Now? He left like a proper senior, a father figure taking care of his own flock. A protector and guide of his own people. It was only reasonable, or so it felt, that he would have a secret or two, or thoughts and considerations the rest of them could not understand, or hope to for that matter. So long as things went as they did so far, she had nothing to complain about. Indeed, the desperation of her situation back then, and the resulting choice she had made due to it had been a good one in hindsight.
With that, the group left Jack and Ori alone to their devices, chatting animatedly among themselves as they did so, smiles wide across their faces at the success of their small gesture, as well as the warmth they received in turn. Jack even caught a quip or so that teased Fumiko of her previous statement of seducing Jack and the like, only to cause the tomboy to squawk and shudder, raising her voice in panic as she tried to quickly change the subject and when that failed- stormed away with quick steps to escape the no doubt incoming teasing. She too had started to act as though Jack was a sort of a father figure and the mention of the relatively recent bravado was a fairly effective weapon against the girl.
"Hmm? Finished already?" Jack asked when he noticed the absence of the small pile of meat that was there in front of Ori just mere moments ago "Want some more?" Upon receiving response that Ori was full for the moment, he hummed and nodded. "If you say so. Do not hesitate to ask for more once you feel the hunger again. I will have you accompany the kids on their expeditions for the time being where you can feast on as many monsters as you want. That should accelerate your growth better than simple meat would. Theirs is filled with mana in much greater quantities than the one I can offer we use for our own meals."
With that task done Jack checked the time, and, realising he still had some time to kill before resting, got to creating replacement katana for Izumi and Sword and shield for Fumiko. The team- Carla< Mika and Kate excluding- had hit level twenty about at the same time they cleared the dungeon and he hit level 23, prompting the need for a new set of gear. He also had to start preparing for their inevitable class change at level twenty five, requiring yet another gear upgrade, though he also knew that would take at least a month, more even, to get there from this point. Harder still would things become after that, though thanks to his existence, even that- otherwise extremely slow and dangerous grind- was just a matter of time before being crossed over into the next tier that came at level 50.
Jack could already see a clear path forward for their small, yet elite strength guild as they kept growing, with no real growth ceiling that they would eventually get stuck on, save for maybe a lack of high enough level monsters to grind. Gear would certainly not be an issue. Of that he would mace certain. That and perhaps a coalition of the rest of the world's strongest forces, too damn scared of their uncontrolled growth, though that too would not be an issue any time soon, and when such a problem would arise- if it ever did- he was sure they could take it head on if necessary and come out on top. He would make sure of it.
