The towering figure of King Bellyborg loomed before them, its size dwarfing the giant spider they had faced earlier. Its vibrant purple feathers shimmered in the sunlight, and its silver armor cnged with each thunderous step.

  As Fenix looked up, he noticed the creature wore a crown of pure silver, a clear symbol of its reign over all other Bellyborgs. His heart pounded as he took in the monster's formidable presence. At level 10, he knew he was no match for this level 15 boss monster, especially since he hadn’t undergone a css change yet.

  "Chibi, I don't think we should try to fight it," Fenix said nervously, adjusting his grip on his cutlery.

  But ChibiScker pleaded with him, "Come on, let's just give it a shot. If things get too rough, we can always run away."

  Fenix wavered. He had promised himself to be more daring and try out different things inside of the game this time around, but he also knew that taking on such a strong boss without proper skills could end in disaster.

  After some contemption, he made up his mind. He chose the option that sounded most fun: fighting the Giant Bird.

  It shouldn’t be a problem, like ChibiScker said, they could always run if they were on the verge of dying.

  "Okay, let's do it," Fenix agreed.

  ChibiScker cheered and summoned his weapons. "Let's do it just like how we took down the spider in the cave, I will attack from the front and you will take it from behind."

  With a fierce battle cry, ChibiScker sprinted towards King Bellyborg, his swords at the ready. Fenix watched him with an amused smile pying on his lips as he wondered if the young pyer truly understood the implications of his words.

  While ChibiScker engaged in combat with the giant bird-like creature, Fenix quietly snuck behind it. As he did so he pced his health potions within easy reach in his inventory.

  Checking in on ChibiScker he noticed how the boy’s movements were like poetry in motion - dodging the monster's powerful attacks with ease and delivering precise blows, making him wonder about the boy's level. It must be much higher than his own.

  As the battle continued, he noticed that unlike the regur Bellyborgs they had encountered before, the King Bellyborg didn't seem to have any intention of running away.

  Instead, it faced ChibiScker head-on, unleashing devastating wind-ssh attacks. But the young pyer was quick on his feet, using acrobatic moves that seemed impossible in real life to evade each strike while simultaneously nding calcuted hits on the monster.

  "Chaotic Nexus, I'll use stun soon. Try to cripple it like we did with the other birds," ChibiScker shouted to Fenix as he continued to dodge attacks.

  Fenix yelled back his agreement and began sshing at the back of the King Bellyborg’s legs. After dodging a few more attacks, ChibiScker finally had an opening to use stun. With a swift motion, he activated the skill, but it didn't work. Undeterred, he waited for the 5-second cooldown and tried again—this time, it worked.

  The King Bellyborg froze in pce, unable to move as both Fenix and ChibiScker rained down blows on its legs. In a matter of minutes, they had successfully crippled it. Once the stun wore off, the King Bellyborg was immobilized but still capable of attacking. ChibiScker bore the brunt of its assaults, his health bar diminishing with each blow.

  Seeing an opening, Fenix leaped onto the monster's back and stabbed its head with all his might. The sudden weight threw off the monster's bance, causing it to shake wildly and eventually making Fenix fall off.

  But ChibiScker seized the distraction and decided to use one of his new attacks. His voice rang out above the chaos, "Star bdes!" In a burst of light, a giant shining star formed from his swords and collided with the monster. It was a critical hit, causing most of its HP to plummet, leaving only a sliver remaining.

  Sensing that victory was close, Fenix scrambled back onto the monster's back and continued to stab at it relentlessly. With each strike, he saw its health bar dropping. Finally, after the third strike, the King Bellyborg disappeared in a shower of glowing particles.

  Suddenly, a bunch of notifications appeared before him.

  Fenix couldn't contain his joy after seeing the title stats. The drops didn't matter to him; just obtaining the title was worth defeating that creature. Meanwhile, ChibiScker's entire body bounced up and down like a tiny jumping bean. Just one gnce at him showed how thrilled he was.

  "We did it! And I got it all on video! I'm uploading it right now," ChibiScker excimed happily.

  "Before you do that, let's see what our giant bird friend dropped," Fenix suggested.

  "Omg, how could I forget about that? Let’s go!"

  As they surveyed the scattered items on the ground, their eyes fell upon high-quality meat and feathers. Fenix took the meat while they split the feathers evenly between them. Just like the coins that dropped, they each received 300 silver apiece.

  But there were also some other noteworthy items: a sword skill book that Fenix graciously let ChibiScker have, two recipes that Fenix eagerly kept for himself, and a mysterious bck egg with no description.

  "What could this be?" ChibiScker asked curiously, holding up the egg.

  "I have no idea," replied Fenix honestly. Pets weren't known to drop from monsters in the game as far as he knew. He had never seen anything like it on the forums he read in the future.

  "It's probably just a food item. You can keep it," ChibiScker suggested generously.

  Fenix thought he might be right but, just in case, he gave ChibiScker 300 silver coins and told him he would rather bid on the item. At first, ChibiScker refused to accept the money, but Fenix insisted, saying it could potentially be a rare item. ChibiScker reluctantly took the money with a smile.

  “Come on, let’s head back to town now. I need to make Bellyborg stew for a quest. I’ll let you have some.” Fenix said.

  ChibiScker responded with a big smile, "Sure, I'll be your official taste tester."

  With that, they began their trek back to town before it got dark. Little did Fenix know, ChibiScker had already uploaded the video of their battle with the King Bellyborg, and it was racking up an impressive number of views.
