To the everlasting declaration of hatred contained deeply within the Human’s three very simple words, Luna could not help but smile, her shadow wavering for a single instant before returning to normal before anyone could notice it, the needed change having already been completed.
Luna dodged sideways, evading the Lightning-clad fists of the Human before responding with her own lethal punch, Mark shifting with his own blow to move around her on her right while simultaneusly striking back at her with a left low kick to her right ankle, intent on breaking it for at least a little bit.
The Lunarian leaned into the incoming kick, meeting it half-way down with her own kick to mitigate the force that the blow could bring to bear, a thin layer of Vital Mana isolating her leg from his electricity before she took advantage of her being able to output a much higher amount of pure brute force to continue on her kick, trying to break his own left knee.
In an instant the Human vanished into nothing, a force striking simultaneusly against both her head and right shoulder, trying to make her step forward and failing at it as the single-hit Barrier she erected right before she launched her own attack, confirming at once both her adversary’s ability to “stop time” and that he could attack while in “stopped time”, the Damage being applied at once at the end of the effect as otherwise her Barrier would have stopped only one of his blows.
Judging from his physical might and speed, his starter and ending position and the force contained within his two blows, Luna guessed that he could only use his Unique Skill for a couple of seconds, ten at most but most probably even less than five seconds at a time.
Not only that but the fact that this was a fight at all, instead of simply continuously attacking her while in stopped time with a blink of flowing time in between, meant that either his Unique Skill costed Vital Energy or Mana, thing that wasn’t true as she was able to confirm thanks to constantly Sensing the amount of Energy it stored how he it not only didn’t Cost Energy but he also Recovered some while the Skill was active, indicating the presence of a Cooldown as otherwise his Soul would collapse in on itself.
After all, most of the stress caused by prolonged use of Skills attacked the Soul alone and healing it is a much more involved and time-consuming process that just healing the body.
Luna smiled, her eyes sharpening in an instant before she rose her left hand, Aura and light being emanated from the eyes of her Core-Holding Ring, gradually amplifying itself again and again, temporarily confering to its Wielder the Innate Skill “Elemental Roar”, a great Magic Circle glowing in all colors forming before her.
Mark’s eyes widened in a very foreboding feeling of alarm, aware that the fact he didn’t recognize the Artifact was terrible as either she didn’t bother using it the last time or for some reason he changed something without knowing that led her to create something she didn’t bother making the previous Timelines.
After all, Luna only bothered making them once she knew that she was actively being hunted while still not being a proper Lunarian; conditions that in the last Timeline were instead absent as she didn’t feel the need back then.
His decades of experiences were the only thing that saved him from the conseguences of his split-second hesitation caused by the rise of a new variable in his equation, jumping away just in time to dodge the concentrated beam of destruction that exploded from the Magic Circle.
The Human, having landed on his feet thanks to his sheer amount of experience fighting her, immediately dropped down on his back to dodge the kick that would have crushed his skull had it landed, his blue eyes opening wide as he saw a mass of flames forming around her left hand, a burning punch directed right at the center of his chest.
The blonde scowled, using his hands resting on the ground to flip himself sideways, dodging the blow that could have shattered his ripcage at once, his eyes noting the lack of a Barrier protection his opponent before widening in alarm when he saw the flames surrounding her fist destabilize before exploding outwards in a burst of flames directed at him.
Luna calmly watched as Mark’s body vanished into nothing, her gaze immediately moving to where he currently reappeared, noting the slowly-healing burns on his skin and mentally calculating the times involved. ‘Five seconds between the last time stop and when he was struck. Considering the speed of his healing and the time when I lost sight of him, six seconds passed between the two activation. I didn’t make a Barrier to try and invite him to strike me but he didn’t.
‘He stopped time for three seconds with a Cooldown of six. I am certain that this time he didn’t stop time for three seconds, rather if one considers the progress of his healing, he stopped time for only a single second. His Cooldown is either two times the amount of time stopped or the time stopped plus three seconds. It should be direct enough to confirm for me.’
Luna jumped forward, leaning underneath a lightning bolt sent by her opponent before pointing forward, Mana, shifted directly to Lightning-Attribute thanks to her “Attribute Conversion”, covering her right hand to deflect her opponent’s next lightning bolt away from herself before sending back her own string of lightning, forcing her opponent back.
Luna ran after Mark, her eyes unerringly focused on her opponent, while she started to experiment with her various Attributes, wind blades, rock spears, fire wips and thunder bolts raining down unceasingly upon the Human, trying to force him to use his time stop again, as often as possible to confirm her supposition.
The blonde stepped sideways again and again, his eyes moving constantly to find the escape routes that he needed to use to dodge the continuous attacks, scowling upon noticing that the opening were just big enough for him to evade her attacks which, when combined with his knowledge of her most liked mode of combat actually being unarmed combat, led him to understand at once that she was merely testing him, to better understand him.
Mark ignored the openings provided to him by his opponent, burning Vital Energy to strenghten himself as much as possible before rushing right through it, accepting the slashes and burns to close the distance between the two, the Lunarian having allowed a way to herself, and launch a punch right towards her head.
Luna calmly prepared to deflect the blow away, her eyes widening in shock as she suddenly felt a much greater amount of force smash into her face, her right hand flying up to cover one of her eyes, yet even so the surprise did not slow down her reaction at all, her left hand flying back, her claws staining red as she cut in the Human’s arms that he raised to defend himself.
The white-haired one stepped back violently, twisting around in a kick with her right leg tensed, the violent swing creating a second gash, this time in the blonde’s side.
Luna didn’t follow her opponent further, instead removing her right hand from her now-healed face, concentrating on the amount of damage she just recieved, noting how it was much too great to be caused by a single punch instead being more than what three of his attacks should be.
The only reasonable explanation was that the force of his blows launched in stopped time were applied together at the end of the Skill’s effect, undergoing the target’s Resistances as if it was a single instance of Damage.
She smiled at once, her left hand surrounded by a vicious Aura that formed a Magic Circle, an iridescent beam of devastation being released the next instant, taking advantage of his Cooldown to force him to retreat.
Naturally the blue-eyed one could not afford to hesitate an instant, launching himself away, intent on turning this battle in one of attrition, counting on the Ruin’s effect to thin out the Lunarian’s blood and in so doing weakening her enough for him to gain an advantage.
Mark did not hesitate, running around the Lunarian with long strings of Lightning-Attribute Mana held between his fingers, forming various circles with his strings surrounding his opponent before clenching his fingers, the lightning string collapsing in on the white-haired one, immobilizing her with his glowing yellow strings.
Luna did not react other that just observing, more interested in the attack itself than the Damage it could inflict on her, calmly analyzing both the Human before her and her own currently bound state, adding various variables in her mental equation about her opponent and their fight.
The white-haired one noted how the light of the strings around her started to gradually intensify, leading her to act right there and then, a Magic Circle forming beneath her feet and radiating a glow upwards, an Anti-Lightning radiation that weakened the strings, causing them to soon enough fray apart entirely, leaving Luna free from her opponent’s attack.
However before she could strike back at the Human, he vanished, reappearing right before her with his hands resting upon her abdomen, Lightning-Attribute Mana and his Aura condensing in a single point that invaded her body, creating a Gate right towards the Plane of Roars, a phenomenon that caused her red eyes to widen in recognition.

The owner has no need for breathing and this body will not be affected by time, finding it easy to use their Vital Energy, that will regenerate automaticaly.
The owner can see in the dark perfectly, will never forget anything they experienced personally, with the addition of the knowledge obtained from the Moon’s database; at this Rank this knowledge while mostly subconscious, can be accessed actively.
The owner will have increased Resistance to all Attributes and a natural Resistance to Status Effects.
The owner is able to store up to 300 leters of blood in their shadows and the ability to convert it in Vital Energy and Mana and the conversion of it in Magicules.
The owner will also, normally, have a large increase to their Affinity to both Dark and Curse Attributes but because of “Singularity” the increase is redirected towards No Attribute Affinity.
Finally if the sucking of Blood kills or the victim has died shortly before, the Soul of the victim is stored within the owner of this Skill’s, adding their knowledge to the Moon’s database.
At D-Rank the owner can now either create Familiars out of the stored Souls or, given enought Mana and Vital Energy, can resurrect them.
The Familiars created are derived by one of the non-Racial Skill of the original Souls, but with one lower Rank than its highest Ranked Skill.
Also at D-Rank the owner can use Vital Energy to control and shape their Blood and Mana to Shape shadows and thanks to “Singularity”, the owner is able to Shape Black Blood instead.
Unique:
Singularity C
A Skill that denotes the nature of the owner’s Soul being a black hole in which nothing will ever escape.
The owner of such a Soul cannot use any Attribute Magic of any type; however Magic that doesn’t depend on any Attribute will be vastly enhanced and so will be the ease in the control of Mana and Energy in general and the efficiency and speed of any Energetic conversion and transfer.
Additionally Limits on Magical Affinities, Energy Control and Conversion Efficiency will be nullified.
The final effect at E-Rank will be that the increases in an Attribute Affinity will, instead, increases No Attribute Affinity.
At D-Rank, all Sustain Costs are negated and the Stability of any construct made of Energy is brought to the maximum.
At C-Rank, the User’s Energy is too dense for other’s to interfere with it, upgrading’s the owner’s Status Resistance to Nullification.
At C-Rank, the owner can also start the process of [Annihilating Conversion] but is not able to properly brought it to completion, releasing instead a beam of Energy influenced by all the Skills of the owner by consuming all the Matter and Energy in the area, activated at no cost but with a Cooldown of 30 days {20 days}.

This Skill denotes that the owner’s Soul is moving towards harmony guided by their Unique Skill, their Soul being strenghtened by this process and increased ease of use of the owner’s Energy and their Potential.

At D-Rank the owner’s Vital Energy and Mana Quantity are further increased.
At C-Rank, the owner’s Soul is further in harmony with itself reducing sharply Cooldowns while enhancing their Essence and Existence.

Unique Arma: Sorcerous Armor of the Singularity C
A person could be considered such if they have an Unique Skill, whether Active or not.
This is nothing but the use of Orichalcum to manifest it in a physical form able to be wielded only by its owner.
This particular Unique Arma is derived by the Unique Skill “Singularity” and, as such, is extremely efficient at Converting, Transfering and Amplifying Energy.
Additionally, this Skill increases the Quantity and the Recovery of Energy of the owner, depending on this and the Unique Skill “Singularity”’s Rank.
Manifested State:
_At E-Rank this Skill increases the Existence of the owner and their Spells, Techniques, Arts and Creation are Casted as if with extra Energy depending on this Skill’s Rank.
_At D-Rank the owner’s Damage Resistance is increased and so is the Quality of all Energy of the owner.
_At C-Rank it will be able to awaken by using the command “Awaken!”.
_This Skill manifests for the moment as two armored gloves covering a little beyond the owner’s forearm and armor that covers the owner’s feet and a little beyond their foreleg; principally made of a black scale-like material, had a circle made of Orichalcum on the center of it, both in the palm and the back of the hand with details in platinum around them connecting with a bracelet made of the same material around her wrist.
Awaken State:
_While in the Awakened State, all incoming damage is reduced while the Existence of the owner is increased.
_The Cooldown is equal to one hour plus the Activation Duration {60 minutes + Activation Duration/1,7}.
_While it is Awakened, it constantly absorbs Vital Mana from the owner.

This Skill denotes the ability of the owner to devour other Beings and take in their power to expand the owner’s own Skills and increases their Potential at the cost of any potential Familiar or 100% of the Magicules to be absorbed.
Finally, every day, the owner will receive Magicules equal to this Skills Grade times 100.
At D-Rank, this Skill will Activate automatically once enough “blood” is drinked by the owner while their control over this process is increased.

This Skill demonstrates the ability of the owner to temporary crush down someone’s Essence Points into Power, using in this case a combination of “Authority: Black Blood”, “Authority: Vital Mana”, “Unleash Aura” and “Singularity” to temporarily increase all of the owner’s other Skills’ Rank by one.
In addition, this act passively increases the owner’s Potential, Essence, Essence Recovery, Existence, Vital Mana, Vital Mana Control, Vital Mana Quality and Vital Mana Recovery and grants an amount of Magicules depending on the total amount of Magicules absorbed by the owner.

Said Black Blood can transfer all kind of Energies from and to the owner or be turned into Energy, with the additional ability to boost an object or a Spell to beyond its limits by mixing in Black Blood.
It also allows the owner to absorb the blood of others into themselves to convert it into Energy or, if the process is fatal or done on a corpse freshly killed, Magicules.

This Skill normally lowers the time needed to sleep however a Lunarian has no need for that and, as such, this Skill instead increases the Recovery of all Energy of the owner.
At D-Rank, the owner can now enter in Deep Meditation.
At C-Rank, this Skill increases the owner’s control over their Energy and Boosts the effects of Deep Meditation.
At B-Rank, this Skill increases Essence, Vital Energy and Mana and Boosts the effects of [Deep Meditation] once again.
Deep Meditation:
_While in Active Meditation, the user becomes more Resistant to Status Alterations.

The ability to manifest the owner’s true nature, in that case it being a perpetual disaster in humanoid shape, in a superior fighting style Unique to them thanks to their mastery over all forms of combat, creating and allowing full access to Arts based on Unique Skills and increasing the Potency of all Arts of the owner.
This Skill absorbs all other Ability Skills related to weapons and non-Magical combat in general in itself, being strenghtened for each.
This Skill greatly increases the owner’s Vital Energy and Mana Quantity and Recovery, the Potency of Arts, Spells and Crafts related to Weapons and the Existence and Essence of the owner, while decreasing the Cost of all Arts of the owner.
Finally the owner of this Skill will find themselves able to fight at full power, independently of their situation and any Status Alteration on them, positive or negative.

An highest-Class Runic Skill, showing the owner’s Ability to make their own Runic Language and even understanding other Runic Languages.
This Runic Cipher is specialized mostly upon the Conversion and Fusion of various forms of Energy and Matter in varied ways.

A process to convert Blood in Magicules, depending on the amount of Magicules the victim had.
The amount of Magicules gained is equal to 100 plus the total amount of Magicules the former owner absorbed.
Thanks to Singularity this process is instantaneous and has an Efficiency of 100%, however this process still kills the victim without any doubt.
Additionally because of the Innate Skill “Authority: Black Blood” the efficiency is further enhanced to 107%.
The final gain of Magicules is 100 plus the Magicules absorbed by the victim, all of it increased to 107% or 100 plus the Magicules absorbed by the victim lowered to 7% if “Devouring Evolution” is Activated.

A process to automatically gain Magicules equal to the sum total of all other Skills the owner possess depending on their Rank times 7 every day.
E=1; D=3; C=5; B=7; A=10.
At the moment the Owner possesses, other than Soul Harmony:

11 C-Rank Skills;
2 B-Rank.
Every day, then, the owner will gain 106 Magicules times 7, 742.

At the moment Unique Arma is C-Rank and Singularity is at C-Rank and so, every day, the owner will gain 1000 Magicules.

A process to automatically gain Magicules every day equal to the value of the Skill Grade times 100.
At the moment the Skill Grade is 5 and so, every day, the owner will gain 500 Magicules.
