Black Iron: A material which is formed as a result of cold iron absorbing dark mana for a long period of time. Due to the nature of the dark mana it absorbed and its previous qualities as cold iron, this metal is very durable and is extremely resistant to mana, making it impossible to utilize in magic like other materials.

  Elder Jord felt true fear, so much that he started sweating immensely, his heart started beating faster, and his hands started shaking, but he still mustered up courage and only these words escaped his mouth

  “A-as you command.”

  The Demon lord raised his hand, as if giving something, then two red glowing orbs conjured from his hand and flew towards Elder Donsus and Elder Valerith. The orbs slowly came near them and got absorbed in their bodies as a blinding light engulfed the hall, their bodies shone brightly for a while.

  Then After a few seconds, the light started to disappear and from the source of it, stood a young man and woman. Elder Jord was shocked, he reached out to them and asked

  “Donsus? Is that you?”

  Donsus looked at Elder Jord and looked at his hands and body, utterly surprised he exclaimed

  “T-This… I have become young again! It feels like I have returned to my thirties!”

  The wrinkles on his face had disappeared, and the white hair he had were all gone, the old body he had disappeared and his muscles, bones, mana, everything was rejuvenated. The same thing happened to Valerith, all the wrinkles on her face disappeared and the couple white hairs she had were gone, she took out a mirror and looked at herself as she uttered in shock.

  Both of them were young again, and seeing this, Elder Jord felt jealous, his inner monologue started as he clenched his fist in anger “This… its all because of that brat! I shouldn’t have listened to him! When I return I will-“

  But his thoughts were interrupted by the Demon lord, who exclaimed

  “This is your reward, you may leave.”

  The Elders were startled and bowed down on one knee and simultaneously exclaimed

  “We are grateful my lord!”

  All of them stood up and yelled out as they departed

  “All hail the Demon lord!”

  All three elders left the hall and as they were walking, both Donsus and Valerith started to communicate and stopped, but Elder Jord glanced at them and went to his portal in annoyance.

  After he arrived at his base, a disciple greeted him

  “Welcome back maste-“

  Only to end up crashing into a wall by Jord’s magic, Jord didn’t waste time, he sat on his chair and commanded

  “Bring the transponder and contact that brat immediately!”

  The servants who were standing, rushed to bring the transponder, and some went to tend to the disciple’s injuries. Jord clenched his fist in anger, “If he still hasn’t got it ready after all this time, I will pulverize him!”

  Jord was getting impatient, he called out to his servants in fury

  “Where is the transponder! Why is it not here yet!”

  The servants rushed out with the transponder saying

  “S-sir he is not picking up the call.”

  Jord became furious, he raised his hand and the transponder flew towards it, after catching it and putting the code, the loading screen was on for a while before being cut off by a message which read

  [The recipient is not answering, Please try again later.]

  Jord became immensely furious, his veins bulged, his fist clenched, and he gritted his teeth as he yelled out

  “This #######! How dare he dare ignore me!”

  He tried again by putting the code, and after a minute of loading, the screen finally popped up, a young man with a white mask covering his entire face was on the other side of the call, as soon as Jord saw him, his anger busted out and he started yelling uncontrollably.

  “You brat! I lost my arm because of you, and you have the gall to ignore me! I will pulverize you and your entire family! How da-”

  The man he was talking to interrupted him calmly

  “Oh~ you’re quite energetic today~ ”

  Jord became more angry, mana started gathering around him and the ground started to break as pieces of rocks started float around him.

  “You vermin! Do not test my patience!”

  The young man had a sly smile on his face as he exclaimed mocked.

  “Oh come on, Elder Jord, you can single-handedly destroy me anytime now~ I wouldn’t dare to deceive you, would i?”

  Jord snapped, his mana burst outwards, launching the floating rocks like projectiles, damaging the surroundings and injuring the servants around, “You mongrel-“ and before he could speak, the young man interrupted him.

  “Come to think of it, its almost ready.”

  Jord’s anger dissipated instantly. He was startled, “What?”, and confused at the same time, but before he could ask, the young man continued.

  “The target is in Kyrus, so it will still take a bit of time”

  Hearing this Jord replied angrily

  “After all these years, you still need time?! I only have-“

  But the young man again interrupted him

  “it will be done within this year, so don’t worry~.”

  And then there was silence, Jord didn’t have anything to reply or argue with, but to save face he still complimented

  “Not bad-“

  But was again interrupted by the young man

  “Well, there is nothing to talk about, so see ya~ ”

  And he ended the call, leaving Jord annoyed and frustrated.

  “This arrogant brat! After his use is over, I will kill him!”

  He spouted and sat on his chair, commanding the servants to clean up the mess.
