*Annabell's POV
"You've done very well." Praised me Mrs. Anderson. "I wish more of my students were preparing as thhly as you. Then they wouldn't have such bad grades." She ughed, dismissing me.
Leaving the school building I could hear a storm ing. I like thuorms but this one feels like it's bringing something bad.
First raindrops nded on my cheeks before I reached the tree lihat borders our school yard. Pulling the hood over my head, when I got to the edge of the woods leading home, it already turned into a heavy shower. Fully aware of how irresponsible and dangerous it might be, I simply love being outside irong rain and even storm. However, this one doesn't feel right. For some reason it feels like there is something ominous approag together with it.
I felt restless and not long after entering the woods I stopped dead in my tracks, realizing I am not alone anymore. "Who's there?" I tried asking. Not really expeg an answer. Whoever it is, did not e to talk. They would do so, by now if they were. "Mike?" Silence. " you give it a rest finally? You have whichever girl you want, but me. Deal with it and leave me alone!" I was angry. Still no aaking oep forward I gasped and froze again, sensing that whoever it is here with me, is standing right in front of me. So I took a step baevertheless, they closed the distance again. Ok, you asked for it. Making a sidestep to distract them I spun around and high-kicked where I assumed was their head. I made tact. However, it wasn't with their head. They caught my leg by the ankle in an iron grasp, slightly but painfully twisting it. Struggling to get my leg free, try as I may, it wouldn't budge.
"He taught you well. Although, it won't help you. Like it didn't help him." Said a male voice, colder than the rain. Finally releasing my ankle, only to get behind me, in an inhuman speed. Gust of wind created by that move, caused my hood to fall down from my head. ing one arm around my waist, immobilizing me and ice cold, stone hard fingers of his other hand sliding along my throat, he breathed into my ear. "I WILL have you..."
This isn't Mike...this isn't human. My body went numb with terror at that sound. I couldn't breathe, move nor think. All I heard, except for this monster deeply inhaling with face buried into the bay neck, was Michae screaming in my head. NO! Major! Major! MAJOR!
His grip on my body was slowly tightening, practically suffog me. I felt like being crushed by rocks, when I heard my name being called. "Annabell? Annabell!" Why is that beautiful voi such distress? Couldn't my frozen mind prehend. "Where are you?!" Asked that worried voice, ing closer.
"Crap!" hissed my captor by my ear before disappearing. Once released, my body colpsed to the ground. My sciousness leaving me.
*
All of a sudden I wasn't by the school anymore. I reized the pce, though it wasn't real. I was standing in the middle of my dream meadow. At least it felt like it. I couldn't see a thing. There was just, to me, the ever so familiar darkness. For some reason, it terrified me. I never feared anything but right now was my whole being trembling with fear.
Then it felt like the darkness is embrag me, not terrifying anymore. Like when you cover yourself with the softest bo warm up. I thought I saw something sparkle. When I focused on it, the light became more bright, envelopihere is light." I heard myself saying reag for its source before the st of my sciousness slipped away from me.
