  She yelled, trying to break through the human wall, but the soldiers held her back firmly.

  "Princess, please don't act rashly. If all the soldiers fall, I will charge with you!"

  "But for now, please retreat and protect yourself!"

  The General, with a resolute expression, spoke firmly.

  The battle cries were deafening, the stench of blood thi the air, and the girl cried until her tears ran dry. The General's expression remained serious, though occasionally when he g her, his eyes revealed a hint of pity.

  She wasn't afraid of death; what broke her heart was the death of the Kingdom soldiers.

  For every soldier that fell, the man she cared about lost hope of surviving.

  She didn't want him to die. Even if he was useless, she didn't want him to die.

  Suddenly, a figure leaped high into the air, s several dozeers before rapidly desding toward them.

  The girl looked up and saw the cold killing i in the person's eyes. She was unafraid, slowly drawing her longsword from her waist.

  The desert, blood, sughter, ferocity, and the longsword in the girl's hand tied with a red cord.

  All these formed a chilling, tragic image that made one's heart shiver.

  "Hahaha, this woman is mine!" A Sand Ninja shouted.

  "Kree!"

  Suddenly, the cry of an eagle echoed across the sky.
