"This was just Rojen's initial assessment. How much power he could truly wield in battle remained uain. After all, he had limited bat experience since birth. His previous fights had all involved him possessing others, borrowing their strength. There was a signifit differeween fighting with borrowed power and his own.
Slowly drawing the Rainbow Abyss, Rojen examihe translut bde gleaming with a cold light. A sharp glint shone in his eyes, and after two breaths, he slowly sheathed the bde, his aura gradually calming down.
He walked towards the ship's warehouse, intending to search for some treasure.
His own belongings had been mostly depleted iwo battles, leaving him virtually empty-handed.
The pirate's warehouse was located in the basemeh the deck. Rojeered the warehouse and lit a dle, immediately surveying the situation within.
However, the sight before him made him furrow his brow.
"So little?"
He had expected Sordes, a pirate who plundered, burned, and killed, to have amassed a rge stockpile. Yet, the warehouse only held two or three piles of treasure gleaming with golden light. In total, they were probably worth no more than 500,000 to 600,000.
He returo the ded summoned a pirate.
"Why are there so few treasures on the ship? Where are the other items hidden?"
He pced his right hand on the sword hilt, his eyes hardening, causing the pirate before him to nearly colpse in fear.
"The treasures were stolen by another pirate crew when we first ehe Grand Line."
"Now, the goods in the warehouse are what we acquired from smaller pirate crews upon our return to East Blue."
Terrified, the pirate dared not withhold any information.
Rojen released the sword hilt a speechless. He hadn't anticipated such misfortune.
He returo the warehouse, stuffed all the treasure into a dark bag, and slung it over his shoulder. The bag wasn't rge, but since most of the tents were metal objects, it was somewhat heavy.
Returning to the deck, he set the bag down and sat cross-legged.
"Keep sailing, don't utter a word."
Seeing the pirates around him wanting to speak but hesitating, Rojen immediately silehem.
The pirate ship sailed for three days, nearly reag the most remote sea region of East Blue. Only then did Rojen stand up.
"Approach that isnd."
He poio a small isnd not far ahead and spoke.
The pirates were overjoyed. It had been three days without food. For three whole days, this formidable figure had kept them sailing.
Half an hour ter, the ship he isnd Rojen had indicated.
As the pirates were about to disembark, Rojen once again cast a chilling g them.
"Get away immediately, leave this pce!"
"Also, do not reveal my whereabouts to anyone."
The starving pirate was stunned, and someone was about to shout angrily, but a panion pulled him bad covered his mouth.
"Shh, don't say anything. I just saw another isnd not far from here. Let's go there!"
"Offending this guy meaaih right now!"
The man paused, then realized the gravity of the situation. Seeing Rojen's sword already uhed by half an inch, his eyes shrank, and he swallowed his angry words.
"Don't worry, Captain. We won't say a word!"
"We'll leave right now!"
The pirates fttered, and then the navigator at the helm quickly turhe ship, steering it away from the isnd.
Rojen stood at the edge of the shore, quietly watg the pirate ship disappear from sight. Only then did he turn and walk towards the isnd.
"Now that I'm here, the sense of danger has diminished signifitly, but it still lingers!"
"Three days ago, when I learned Hueps Flying Sword, the feeling of danger lessened by three parts. After three days of sailing, the feeling has decreased by another four parts."
"Now, having reached here, this sense of danger has been reduced to just three parts."
With a fsh in his eyes, Rojen stepped forward and headed towards the vilge on the isnd.
The isnd wasn't rge, with only oreet. In front of him was the vast sea, and behind him, there were forests and unduting mountains.
The first thing Rojen did upon arriving at the vilge was to find someoo exge a portion of his treasures and obtain 100,000 Belly in paper currency. The system did nreasures, only Belly, which left Rojen feeling somewhat helpless.
Moreover, traveling around the sea might require currency. Fortunately, the people in the vilge felt that hard currency was more valuable than paper money.
The sed thing he did was find a tavern and enjoy a hearty meal. The pirates haden for three days, aher had he.
After a satisfying meal at the tavern, Rojen found a hotel and had a good sleep.
When he opened his eyes the day, it was already afternoon.
"Now, it's time to find a ship." Narrowing his eyes, Rojen began asking the vilgers where he could find a sailing ship.
"A sailing ship? Are you pnning to travel far?"
"If you want to travel far, a regur fishing boat won't suffice. It has to be at least a sailing ship," the vilge chief said thoughtfully.
"Yes, I need a sailing ship," Rojen nodded.
"Well, the only oh a sailing ship here is the Roside Family. I remember they have a sailing ship, but it hasn't been used for many years," The vilge chief said after a moment's thought.
"Thank you, vilge chief."
Rojen then walked towards the Roside Family.
Roside was obviously the wealthiest person in the vilge. His house was surrounded by walls on all four sides, with a yard about 400-500 square meters rge, a beautiful garden, and paths paved with bluestohe house itself was a three-story vil.
Roje directly to find Roside and expined his purpose.
"You want my family's sailing ship?" Roside said with a curious look, sizing Rojen up.
"Yes, my ship is damaged, and I only just drifted here yesterday," Rojen nodded.
"I see you're carrying a sword, and you've been drifting on the sea. You don't look like a pirate, and you're not Marines. Are you a pirate hunter?" Roside asked curiously.
Rojen's eyes fshed, and a smile appeared on his face. "Yes, I am a pirate hunter. I entered a powerful pirate st time, and my ship was damaged. It was a struggle to escape."
"Being a pirate hunter isn't safe!" Roside sighed, then said, "Alright, I'll sell you the ship. I won't ask for much, just 200,000."
"My father spent 700,000 to build this ship. Its keel is very sturdy, and its durability is absolutely reliable."
"However, after my father passed away, no one in our family knew how to sail, so it's bee unused."
Rojen nodded. A ship for 200,000 was indeed a good deal.
"Alright, where is the ship?"
"It's in the small harbor behind the isnd. Although it hasn't been used, I often send people to maintain it. After all, it's something my father left me."
