Lu Zhengs Rampage 3

The third technique was the most difficult to execute. To fully bring out its potential, Lu Zheng had to be a Master.

However, of course, with his current amount of agility and comprehension level, he was able to execute it like an intermediate martial artist could.

As the five external members closed their distance with him, time slowed down.

In a single second, Lu Zheng broke his limits.

He executed a combination of slashes and thrusts that mimics the relentless assault of a tsunami.

The five external members did not even realize their neck was sliced, as they were able to perform their techniques while Lu Zheng easily dodged them.

As blood spurted out of their necks, they realized something had gone awry.

They dropped the swords and clutched their necks.

Inevitably, they glanced at their seniors and had already realized then they suffered the same fate as them.

They stared at Lu Zheng filled with fury, finding it difficult to accept their death.

However, what happened in the present was irreversible.

As much as they regretted being on the mission to bait the remaining members of the Azure Tide Clan and tortured them to fully annihilate them all, receiving ample rewards from the Clan, they were already dead.

As their bodies fell to the floor one by one, Lu Zheng received a series of announcements from the system, echoing in his head.

Unfortunately, he was not able to receive anymore rewards by killing their external members anymore.

[Congratulations! You have successfully killed an Apprentice Rank Cultivator!

You have obtained 1 strength point!]

[Congratulations! You have successfully killed an Apprentice Rank Cultivator!

You have obtained 1 stamina point!]

He glanced at the tortured members of the clan and could only barely recognize some of them.

  His heart ached.

Not even the mission accomplishment announcement by the system changed his mood.

  [Congratulations for completing the mission!

You have been rewarded with ten extra points. Use it wisely.

In addition, even though the mission accomplishment arrives early, please still inquire about the reason for Zhong Chun’s betrayal.]

It does not matter. Lu Zheng spoke inwardly. Even if I know, he still deserves death.

  [...]

The system did not respond. In fact, the system was already aware of Lu Zheng’s personality.

Knowing about the reason for Zhong Chun’s betrayal would not change the fact he led his clanmates to their current state.

And it would also not change the fact that Lu Zheng had already decided he would kill him.

As much as he wanted Zhong Chun and the members of the Scorching Blade Clan to suffer the same fate as his clanmates, Lu Zheng knew the news of the fight should have already been broken out long ago.

Hence, he had to be hasty.

Walking towards the tortured members of his clan, Lu Zheng stared at them in pity.

  Can they hear me?

Even then, he said to them, “Your sufferings will finally cease. Rest in peace now. Don’t worry, I’ll take revenge for you and the clan.”

  They trembled slightly.

Lu Zheng forced a smile on his face before beheading them in a single motion.

  Blood spurted out.

At this point, he was dampened with blood, reeking of it.

He fell into daze but a second later, he was awakened when the head of the beheaded members of his clan collided to the floor, rolling in every direction.

He exhaled for a long time, breathing out all his negative emotions with the help of the breathing technique.

He swept his gaze and saw how gruesome the room was.

It was filled with blood, corpses, headless bodies, and heads scattered on the floor.

Unknowingly, his gaze slid towards Zhong Chun, who was staring at him with a terrified expression.

He grinned and said, “Scream once more and you won’t die as peacefully as them.”

He sucked his lips, conveying he understood his orders.

Lu Zheng said, “Crawl here inside.”

Zhong Chun was lying on the open door. Crawling a meter more would have been no problem if he was not completely crippled.

How can I still crawl if every of my limbs are broken? He wanted to cry.

Lu Zheng suddenly said in an indifferent tone, “Oh, right. Let me help you.”

  Lu Zheng walked towards him.

Zhong Chun panicked. For some reason, he felt Lu Zheng’s sudden decision was dangerous.

As expected, his assumption was correct. As soon as Lu Zheng arrived in front of him, he grabbed his hair and casually threw him inside.

He collided with the closed window, causing him to scream in pain.

“Go ahead and continue to shout,” said Lu Zheng.

He abruptly closed his mouth. Even then, he shrieked in pain.

He stared at Lu Zheng with extreme hatred.

In turn, Lu Zheng glanced at him, meeting his stare.

He shrank back, still shrieking mutely, enduring the pain.

Slowly, he realized his fate was in Lu Zheng’s hands.

Lu Zheng closed the door, walked towards him, and then suddenly began to undress in front of him.

He thought he was about to get violated when Lu Zheng said, “I’ll give you a chance. Tell me the reason why you betray the clan while I’m taking a bath.”

The bathroom was inside as the room was a bit large. The bathroom was only enclosed with towels as it was a private room, to begin with.

Wearing only underwear, Lu Zheng began to slice the towels so it would be open for him to hear what Zhong Chun had to say.

The bathtub was already filled with hot water as though it was already prepared and was only waiting for someone to wash their body.

Lu Zheng smiled. He turned his head around and glanced at Zhong Chun, who could not tilt his head upward.

Hence, he undressed his underwear and entered the bathtub.

The bathtub was simply a massive, round object made with wood—like a big hotpot.

As he relaxed himself fully to the bathtub, he turned around to Zhong Chun and said, “You can narrate now.

I say it again, I’m giving you a chance.”
