  "Speaking of Naruto..." Kakashi said as if he remembered something important. "I heard you agaio the Uchiha pound. Didn't Hokage-sama tell you to not go there? Why do you always wander in that pce?"

  Naruto stopped eating and finally had enough of his yapping. He looked at Kakashi in the eyes and asked. "Then tell me Kakashi, are Uchihas truly a part of this vilge?"

  "What are you..." Kakashi was a bit surprised by the reverse question.

  Kakashi gulped down and answered seriously. "Of course. They are. They are one of the founding s of the Konoha vilge."

  "Then why are they treated like criminals? Why do you, Grandpa Third, and everyoreat them so unjustly, huh? Aren't they a royal ?" Naruto snorted and asked.

  "Uh? This..." Kakashi eechless by Naruto's serious and reasonable questions. He coughed twid tried to reason. "Well, it is not that easy, Naruto. You are still too young to uand it clearly. Just know that the retionship between the vilge and the Uchihas is not good at the moment and a fight break out, your life could be in danger because of that."

  Naruto chuckled and ughed. "Hahaha... what a joke. Isn't it clearly because of Grandpa Third and others that cause the Uchihas to be dissatisfied and bee angry with the vilge?"

  Kakashi wao refute but he found no words to actually argue with him since he was also dissatisfied with the way, the higher-ups were handling the matter.

  Kakashi khat he could not ge anything but he decided to test the young child and asked. "Naruto, tell me how you think you would have hahe current situation if you had been the Hokage."

  Naruto paused for a moment and smiled at him. "It is pretty simple. First, I would have cleared all the baseless rumors that had spread in the vilge. It is pretty clear that the ail fox i was caused by a rogue ninja from Uchiha o matter how desperate the Uchiha would have been, they are no fools to actually i when they are clear that the Sharingan fshing in the eyes of the ails would sell out their background."

  Kakashi carefully analyzed his words and nodded his head, looking at Naruto with praise hidden in his eyes.

  "Sed, I will bring the Uchicha bato the vilge from the isoted side. The mistrust and isotion from the rest of the vilge had created feelings of ill-will among the Uchiha. With some bes, I think I easily solve that hatred."

  Naruto took a breath and tinued. "Third, I will dissolve the Konoha Police Force."

  "W-Why?" Kakashi could not help but cry out in shock. It was basiowledge that the Konoha Police Force was created by the sed Hokage Tobirama Senju. The force sisted of Uchiha members who were either ins and jonins.

  The Konoha Military Police's purpose was to maintain the w in the vilge.

  Naruto smiled and could not help but chuckle at the silver-haired Jonin. "I don't want to say this but maybe the sed Hokage didn't trust the Uchihas as much as he showed it on the surface."

  "Why do you say that?" Kakashi asked curiously.

  Naruted his shoulders and asked instead rather than answering him. "What do you think is the most important thing to bee Hokage?"

  Kakashi was slightly surprised by the returion but he khe kid was very intelligent and he must have asked this question for a reason. So, he carefully thought about it and replied.

  "It's strength and trust."

  When he said that, his eyes sparkled with a hint of clear light as if he had finally unraveled something important.

  Naruto grinned, "It's as you suspect... The members of the Konoha Military Police Force are tasked with maintaining the w but due to that, they will definitely not be liked by the vilgers or other s sihey might harm their is while maintaining the w which will lead to mistrust between the Uchiha d other . And then, the result, hehe..."

  Kakashi's face darkened as he tightly furrowed her brows, grasping the grand pn behind the existence of the Konoha Police Force.

  But the puy had failed to notice a red glint hidden in the eyes of the young yellow-haired kid who actually led him ialk and actually hypnotized him without eveing the Jonin know.

  Naruto chuckled at his success and ughed. "I will first dissolve the Konoha Military Ford then will create another force which will sist of members from all the s in Konoha. It will not only lead to the birth of an even more powerful force but it will also drop the eerie targeted at the Uchiha by a rge amount."

  Kakashi could not help but nod his head, silently agreeing with him.

  "Well, anyway, no matter how much I try, I am not the Hokage of the Konoha Vilge. Anyway, Kakashi, please teach me the hand signs for the Summoning Jutsu." Naruted his shoulders and ged the subject.

  Kakashi was startled by his ge and smiled. "Why do you want to learn that?"

  "Well, Mom tells me that Dad summon big frogs out of thin air. I also want to summon something too."

  "Hahaha... But you ot summon the animals like that. You first have to sign a tract with those animals." Kakashi expined patiently and patted his head.

  "Why are you so stingy? Just teach me..." Naruto acted spoiled.

  Kakashi ughed and taught him those hand signs before he took his leave.
