The three people in front of Pax look at him with curiosity. The sad-looking man called Dolor puts his hand on his chin. Thinking briefly about something before looking down at Pax. He grabs Pax's hair and looks at him in the face.

  [Dolor: I really don’t see why Zane is so interested in you. That kind of makes me sad…]

  Solar knees Pax in the chest. Pax throws up all on the ground. Pax looks up at Dolor.

  [Pax: Is that all you got bitch?]

  Pax feels cuts all across his skin; he looks and sees vines covering his entire body. The chains holding Pax become extremely brittle and shatter. Just as they shatter, the vines start to cut Pax all over. Pax screams in pain as he falls to the floor. He looks up at Orion.

  *Pax: Did he get bigger? My chains are gone, and Unfair is not activating. I can’t see what this ability is. If I can fight through the pain, I can use sky manipulation and escape. How do I give these…*

  Pax can’t put his words on it. How many people are in the room with him? Pax looks up and sees Dolor and Orion.

  *These two people.*

  Pax fights through the pain to grab the sky and uses it to rip the vines off of him. Pax goes to grab the air again to try and fly away…

  Both of the tendons in his foot are suddenly cut as Pax falls back to the ground. Pax looks behind him and sees Echo with a bloody knife. He tries to get up again, but gravity grows, and he is slammed further into the ground. Unfair activities.

  *Pax: Shit!*

  [Dolor: It seems he can’t copy our abilities anyway…]

  Orion looks up with his sunken eyes. Orion gets smaller in front of everyone's eyes.

  [Echo: We should probably leave now. The prisoners might rebel.]

  [Orion: Is it okay to leave Pax unchained?]

  Dolor sighs as he looks at Orion and Echo.

  [Dolor: As much as this saddens me to say. Even if he escapes, we will just catch him again. Escaping is of no use to him.]

  With that, all three of them leave the room. Pax tries to move, but his feet won’t move because of the severed tendon. Pax drags himself against a wall and lies on it.

  Pax looks up and sees a woman with icy blue hair and eyes. It can only be one person, Echo. Echo kneels down to Pax’s feet and pulls out a green knife. The knife starts to glow a faint green and heal his feet.

  [Pax: Huh?]

  Echo looks at Pax. Her eyes are devoid of emotion.

  [Echo: I made the cuts a little too deep. If I leave this, you will die from blood loss, and then Zane will probably kill me. Also, you probably don’t want Orion to heal you.]

  After his feet are healed, Echo gets up and starts to walk out of the room. Before she can leave, she turns to Pax.

  [Echo: Each day, one of us three will be responsible for your well-being. Today will be Dolor; tomorrow will be Orion, and my turn is on day three.]

  Pax gets up. It is the start of Day 1. After another few hours, Dolor opens the door.

  [Dolor: Don’t look so sad. That's my thing. It is lunchtime. Head down to the cafeteria and get yourself something to eat.]

  Dolor then just leaves with the cell door open.

  *Pax: Bastard is going to make me find the cafeteria myself, isn’t he?*

  Pax walks out of his cell and starts to walk up the stairs. His cell is at the very bottom, away from every other prisoner. It is more of a solitary confinement cell than an actual prisoner cell. After getting to the top of the stairs, Pax is treated to seeing the entire rest of the prison. The walls are all stone, and the prisoners are running amok.

  [???: Ahh! Help!]

  Pax turns to see a prisoner surrounded by three people. Pax immediately rushes in, using Unstoppable to punch the first prisoner into the wall.

  [Prisoner 2: Who the hell are you!]

  Pax looks at them and cracks his knuckles.

  [Pax: I'm new here. However… I will always help someone who asks for it.]

  Pax launches a right hook at Prisoner 2's face, knocking him out. Prisoner 3 pulls out a knife, Pax grabs his wrist, and knees him in the chest. The prisoner falls to the ground, and Pax looks at the man, who chuckles. Pax helps the man up.

  [Skunk: My name is Skunk. Thanks for helping me out! I'm sorry!]

  Suddenly, the gravity increases around Pax, and he is slammed into the ground. Dolor walks up to him as Skunk runs away.

  [Dolor: Wow. On your first day, you are already causing a ruckus? This saddens me. You need discipline.]

  Pax is thrown into his cell. He gets back up to try and fight Dolor, but the gravity around him keeps shifting. Pax is being hit at all sides. The gravity itself is hitting him. Pax falls to the ground, panting. Dolor kicks him in the chest, picks him up, and punches him in the face. Dolor waves his hand, and Pax's arm is crushed under the extreme gravity. Pax screams out in pain.

  A few minutes later, Echo walks into the room to see Dolor beating a non-moving Pax. He can’t move anymore; his body is too badly damaged.

  [Echo: You should probably stop.]

  Dolor looks over to Echo.

  [Dolor: He needs to be disciplined.]

  [Echo: You are going to kill him. Zane will not be happy with that.]

  At the mention of Zane, Dolor relents and walks away.

  [Dolor: You are right. Zane being angry would sadden me.]

  After Dolor leaves the room, Echo starts to heal Pax.

  [Pax: You know Zane probably won’t care if I die. Even if I do, he could probably resurrect me.]

  Echo looks emotionless.

  [Echo: I wouldn’t doubt that.]

  [Pax: So why did you use that to get Dolor off me and use that as an excuse to heal me earlier?]

  Pax sees a hint of emotion fly across Echo's face for a split second.

  [Echo: It is my creed that I don’t get bystanders involved in work. In my eyes, you are just an unlucky man who got picked by Utopia. You are innocent, so I would prefer if you survived this.]

  Pax smiles.

  [Pax: If you really don’t want me hurt, then how about this? When my friends come to save me, you just let them pass?]

  Echo suddenly pulls a knife to his throat.

  [Echo: Don’t push it. I have an obligation that I will fulfill. No matter what. I will be leaving now; your wounds are healed.]

  Echo walks away and leaves his cell. Pax gets up and looks at his wounds, all gone. Suddenly, another man walks into Pax’s cell. It’s Skunk.

  [Skunk: Hey man! Sorry you missed lunch and dinner because of me… Take this. I stole it from another prisoner.]

  Skunk hands three honey buns to Pax. Who gladly starts to eat them. Skunk and Pax talk for the rest of the night.

  Day 2- Orion.

  Orion opens the cell door and wakes Pax up. Orion suddenly sticks Pax with a needle, which makes Pax fall to the ground in pain.

  [Orion: Interesting… It should wear off… In 30 mins…]

  Orion walks away, leaving Pax seizing on the ground for the next 30 minutes. After that, Pax finally leaves his cell and goes to talk to Skunk. They both sit in the cafeteria for breakfast.

  [Skunk: Since you are such a good guy, I got you an opportunity.]

  Pax looks at Skunk.

  [Pax: Opportunity?]

  [Skunk: To get out of here! I know the warden. I got you a meeting with him during lunchtime tomorrow.]

  Pax hugs Skunk.

  [Pax: Thank you!]

  [Hello…]

  Pax freezes; he can recognize that creepy voice anywhere. Orion was right behind him. Vines comes up from the ground, grabs Pax, and drags him away.

  Pax is chained up to a table, with Orion sitting right next to him.

  [Orion: I want to try… A few tests…]

  Suddenly, electricity flows through the chains, and Pax starts to scream. Thousands of volts flow through Pax's body as he screams out in pain. After five minutes, Orion stops the current.

  [Orion: Onto… The next test…]

  Orion walks over to a lever at the side of a machine that Pax is hooked up to.

  [Hello~]

  A different person's voice is heard. Orion stops in his tracks; Pax is also frozen, not out of fear but out of anger.

  [Pax: ZANE!]

  Zane is standing right behind Orion.

  [Zane: A little birdie told me that you planned on doing some things to my pet. You naughty boy! Messing with someone else's property!]

  Pax lies back down.

  *Pax: I see. Echo must have told Zane about what Orion was planning.*

  A hole appears in Orion's chest as he is blasted into the wall. Shaking the entire prison. Orion is twitching and dying as he lies in a crater. Half of his torso is gone. Zane snaps his fingers. Flowers appear around Orion, and the chains around Pax break.

  [Zane: Heal yourself, Orion. For you, Pax. I'm so sorry that I haven’t been here! I have big plans for you! They are not ready yet, though! So you will have to wait for me a little bit longer!]

  With that, Zane disappears into thin air. Pax looks at Orion. All of the plants around Orion start to die as the hole in his chest starts to close. Pax quickly leaves the room.

  *Pax: I am not staying until he heals!*

  Day 3- Echo.

  Echo walks into Pax’s cell and nudges him awake.

  [Pax: You are way nicer than the other two.]

  Echo looks at him.

  [Echo: Please don’t compare me to those freaks. Go do whatever you want. I won’t bother you unless you try to escape.]

  *Pax: It’s that attitude that makes the prisoners do whatever they want. It’s fine. I got a meeting today!*

  At lunchtime, Skunk takes Pax to the room of the warden. Skunk waves his hand and runs off. Pax looks at the door to the warden and goes through.

  Pax is surprised. The warden has blue skin, black hair, and yellow feline-like eyes. He has two horns protruding from his head and a tail protruding from his back.

  *Pax: No way the warden is a demon and beast folk hybrid?!?*

  The warden looks at Pax.

  [Leo: My name is Leo. I heard your story. I just want to tell you one thing. You deserve to be here. You killed many royal officials when I looked over your records. I won’t help you escape or let your friends by if they come.]

  Pax tightens his fist.

  [Pax: You sure, you shitty warden? You lost this jail to three monsters stronger than you, after all.]

  Leo gets angry as he starts to walk towards Pax. A voice is heard that stops both of them.

  [Echo: Pax, you will need to come with me.]

  [Pax: Echo.]

  Echo looks extremely conflicted.

  [Echo: I know I said I wouldn’t bother you. You have a visitor.]

  Before Pax can respond, Echo appears behind him and knocks him out.

  Pax wakes up chained to a wall. There are two females in front of him. Echo and one other. She looks ethereal. She is almost glowing. She has long, dark purple hair with white stars in it. Her voluptuous figure is complemented by her blue and gold dress, which has various constellations on it. Her eyes are silver and have scythes in place of her pupils.

  Echo looks at Nyx, who takes a puff of her pipe.
