Pax lies on the cold floor of his cell. He thinks about everything that has happened so far. Pax tries to think of any way he could help his situation. That's when he thinks about what Unfair said to him.

  *Pax: Lack of information? Maybe if I could just get some more info, I could copy that ability.*

  With that thought, Pax checks in for the night.

  Day 4- Dolor

  Pax wakes up to Dolor breaking his door open. Dolor just looks annoyed before walking away. Pax slowly rises and starts to walk to the cafeteria. Skunk is already there, waiting for him. Pax grabs his plate and sits next to Skunk.

  [Skunk: Sup, man! How have you been?]

  Pax just sighs.

  [Pax: The usual. I'm trying to think. You have been here longer. Do you know anything about Dolor?]

  Skunk just looks at Pax and laughs.

  [Skunk: Sure, I do! Let's see! Dolor is the aspect of tragedy. Little is known about his personal life; it seems like he came from a small village near the border to Nocturnus. Said village is now abandoned for some reason. His ability seems to be something akin to gravity manipulation; it seems very precise compared to normal gravity manipulation. As for his factor, I don’t know that.]

  Pax just stares at Skunk.

  [Pax: What the hell? How do you know all of this? “Factor?” Who are you?]

  Skunk looks puzzled.

  [Skunk: You didn’t know? The reason I'm in jail. I'm an info-broker. Give me enough money, and I will tell you about anything. I thought you knew that, and that is why you were asking.]

  Pax just stares.

  [Pax: How the hell would I know that?!? So you just know everything?!? I guess that explains why you know the warden; he probably came to you with a few questions.]

  Skunk brims with pride.

  [Skunk: I don’t know everything. I just know what I know.]

  Pax looks even more confused before just putting his hand on his head and sighing.

  [Pax: So? Precise gravity manipulation? What is a factor?]

  [Skunk: Yeah. Recently, a group of people appeared and called themselves “Aspects.” They have two main abilities. The abilities they were born with and the abilities granted to them by whoever they serve, which are called factors. In Dolor's case, he hasn’t used his factor of Tragedy. Echo used her factor. I just can’t remember what it was. Orions seem to be something akin to an energy drain.]

  Pax starts to gather his thoughts about Dolor's ability when…

  [Prisoner 1: It's the warden…]

  Warden Leo walks into the cafeteria. His blue skin, coupled with his yellow feline eyes, makes it unmistakable. The entire cafeteria goes silent as Leo walks through. Pax steps in Leo's way. Leo looks up at him.

  [Leo: Move it!]

  Pax smirks.

  [Pax: Oh? I thought you were gonna suck up to me the way you have been for the Aspects.]

  Pax wants to create a scene. He needs to get Dolor's attention so he can copy his ability. Leo starts to growl as claws grow from his hands and fangs from his mouth.

  *Pax: Too easy.*

  [Leo: Suck up? You bastard! I hate them as-]

  Leo is thrust to the ground. He can’t get up as something pushes him deeper into the floor.

  *Pax: Here he is! Come out, Dolor!*

  Dolor slowly walks into the cafeteria.

  [Dolor: Stop fighting. It saddens me.]

  Pax gets a nervous smile.

  [Pax: Oh, really? Make me.]

  Dolor sighs as he points at Pax and moves his finger down. Pax immediately jumps back to the ground where he once stood and is crushed.

  『Anaysis failed: Lack of information.』

  *Pax: Still? I will have to mid-fight analyze!*

  Suddenly, a message appears in front of Pax.

  『Anaysis complete! New negation “Unavoidable” unlocked!』

  *Pax: Huh? What? Unavoidable?*

  [Dolor: It’s sad, but I think you need punishment.]

  While Pax is distracted, Dolor moves his finger, and a wave of gravity slams into Pax, sending him into the wall. Pax quickly jumps out again. He launches a punch at Dolor, who is about to dodge. Dolor gets a surprised expression.

  [Dolor: I can’t move?!?]

  『Unavoidable』

  Dolor is stuck in place as Pax’s fist hits him square in the chest. Dolor spits up his lunch a little as he is sent all the way across the cafeteria into the wall.

  [Pax: Who the hell do you think I am?!?]

  Dolor slowly rises to his feet and points his fingers again.

  *Pax: I need to think… Wait?*

  Pax starts laughing.

  [Pax: I got you now, bastard! I didn’t notice before, but your stance. You control gravity through your movements! That is why it is so precise! You are using your fingers to control them!]

  Dolor sighs and balls his hand.

  『The Anchor: Gyroball』

  Dolor throws his fist forward and sends a ball of gravity at Pax. A wave of gravity suddenly hits Pax’s chest. Pax coughs up as he stays standing, sliding backward.

  『Analysis Complete. Copy “Anchor”? This will replace “Steal: Sky Manipulation”.』

  Pax smiles as Dolor is suddenly thrown into the wall. Pax is ready to use this ability more; however, Dolor raises his hands.

  [Dolor: Let’s take this to your cell. You wouldn’t want anyone else to be hurt. That would be sad.]

  Pax smiles as Dolor leads him back to his cell. Leo tries to get up but is shoved into the ground by gravity.

  [Leo: Wait, you bastards!]

  Dolor looks at Leo.

  [Dolor: Shut up.]

  Dolor and Pax leave. Throughout that night, fighting could be heard in the entire prison. After an hour, it ended. Dolor walked out of the cell with a few scratches.

  Day 5- Orion

  Pax didn’t leave his cell that day. Orion and Echo judged his condition too severe to leave his cell. They both spent the rest of the day healing Pax.

  Day 6- Echo

  Pax is finally able to leave his cell. He is sore all over still.

  *Pax: Man, that sucked! At least I got my hands on this sick ability, though! Now I can plan something!*

  Pax walks to the cafeteria and sees Skunk. Skunk's eyes light up when he sees Pax.

  [Skunk: Where the hell have you been? Some of the prisoners were making bets on whether Dolor killed you!]

  Pax just smiles.

  [Pax: Guess I'm just that guy! What about you, Skunk, anything new?]

  Skunk thinks for a second.

  [Skunk: How about this. Did you know that the Old God of Artifacts once created seven godlike artifacts? He spread the seven across the entire world. These artifacts are so strong they can make a Grade 3 become a Special Grade!]

  [Pax: I heard of that one. That is just a tale they tell children.]

  Skunk looks at Pax and raises his eyebrow.

  [Skunk: Is it now? For example, the current demon queen, Adoba, claims she has one of the seven artifacts. The Golden Spear of God. She claims it is the reason she is the strongest demon.]

  [Pax: Adoba?]

  [Skunk: Yeah. She is the youngest demon queen in the continent's history at the age of 25. Adoba hasn't taken a king yet, but it is expected soon. The Demon continent is a matriarchy, so the queen rules supreme.]

  After hearing all of this, Pax only has one question.

  [Pax: Is she hot?]

  Skunk looks confused.

  [Skunk: You care about women?]

  Pax looks offended.

  [Pax: Of course! I'm a young man; she's around my age, too.]

  Skunk laughs a little.

  [Skunk: I would give up; demons have strict laws banning marriage between them and other races. Maybe ask Leo.]

  [Pax: Leo won’t talk to me for some reason.]

  [Skunk: Also, it probably isn’t a good fit for you. I heard that as a queen, she is one of the best that the demon continent has had. Adoba is apparently a battle junkie, though. She loves to fight anything and everything. Also, a little dumb.]

  Pax sighs as he downs his milk carton.

  [Pax: It was all too good to be true, I guess. So it’s a battle junkie claiming to have a mythic item? I wouldn’t believe that.]

  [Skunk: How about this? Aranthian officials recently revealed that around five days ago, they found one of the seven. Adam and Eve.]

  [Pax: Wait, no way…]

  Pax remembers what Apocalypse said: “Reward: Location of Adam and Eve.”

  *Pax: They must have found it. Wait, it’s one of the seven?!?*

  Before Pax can think any more, Echo walks up to them both. She hands a gold coin to Skunk.

  [Skunk: They will be attacking two days from now, on Monday.]

  [Echo: Thank you. I will let the others know. Do you know how they will attack?]

  [Skunk: I do, but out of consideration for my friend, the price of that information will rise from 1 to 5 gold coins.]

  [Echo: I will get them to you by the end of the day.]

  With the quick exchange over, Echo walks away.

  [Pax: What was that about?]

  [Skunk: It’s simple. That is when your friends are going to attack.]

  Pax thinks for a second.

  [Skunk: Are you angry that I sold out their information?]

  Pax looks at Skunk.

  [Pax: Not really. It’s your job to sell information. This just means when I go to you in the future, I can trust the info is accurate! Can I come to you in the future?]

  Skunk laughs.

  [Skunk: Of course. Discount for you!]

  Pax smiles and laughs a little.

  [Pax: Plus, no matter how many struggles they face. They will come get me! I trust them like that!]
