Happy New Year everyone!

  This is a brief message, but I wanted to report a few things:

  1. is doing exceedingly well, and I have 18 Chapters of System Incursion Book 2 published up there, totaling 53,780 Words! That's approximately 200 Pages on Royal Road.

  2. I have never felt more motivated, and I'm averaging 8.3k words per day, which feels awesome.

  3. I am super excited to show you all a little New Year gift, so here it is:

  Instead, he came home to something far worse: the System Incursion, and four years of apocalyptic hell placed squarely onto his shoulders as the planet's 'Cataclysm'. Gifted a unique Core by the System, claimed as a Squire by a legendary Elven Psi-Knight known as an Archon, and having defied the judgment of the Heavens themselves, Leonidas believed he had finally earned the right to breathe, recover, and focus on his trauma.

  He was wrong.

  Monster-Kings now stir, Calamity-class horrors rise, and entire regions crumble beneath localized disasters that erupt in their wake. Political unrest festers in his adopted homeland, which he is somehow expected to not only help curtail but to put to rest in a way he is entirely uncertain he is ready for.

  And to cap it all off, every major human faction is hunting for the 'Cataclysm', and bringing to bear humanity's most savage instincts and violent capabilities to find it.

  Including those led by the oppositional, in-conflict members of his own family.
